Booked Harold's home to celebrate my mother's 70th birthday. The home was wonderful and as described. Harold was very attentive and responsive. My family had a wonderful time and totally recommend it to others.

Words cannot describe his home, you will be blown away the beautiful pictures do not do this place justice. This is the second time that we have visited this apartment, we like it very much, it is super close to Managua, the pool is steps away from the house as well as the sea! It's perfect for families and small children! We would definitely come back 🤗

Excellent location facing the beach. We enjoyed the sun, the waves, and the sunset during our entire stay. The beach remained quite empty despite being Semana Santa.

It was perfect! As we were the first guests, still a few adjustments to make for the wifi and tv programs; we recommend this beautiful house, well placed in front of the beach

The house comes with everything you need to have a good time, it is spacious, ideal for large groups, the pool area is the best of the house. Alfonso was very accessible and permissive. We will definitely be back!

Everything was super nice!

I liked the cabin, quite comfortable and cozy. The people who welcomed us were very friendly and helpful. Only, as a recommendation, I would have liked to know that the cabin was in the same property as other businesses, that is, there was no privacy that I imagined, however I consider the acceptable place to choose to arrive again.

Esther’s house is worth the extra cost beyond what you’d pay at a hostel. The house is very private, quiet, and peaceful. The open patio has an epic view of the Laguna and has a nice breeze. The hammocks are great, kitchen is fully stocked with dishes etc and the private lake access is very nice. Esther is super communicative and accommodating. She is happy to help with transportation, tips, and any other needs you may have. We missed out on one of our nights because of weather delays back home and she graciously let us have a late check out. Definitely would recommend Alchemy on the Lake!

John Paul is a wonderful human. His attention towards the guests is probably the best I have had at any Airbnb I have stayed. He communicated with us several times during our stay to make sure everything was perfect. The house/compound is beautiful and peaceful. He also has some toys such as boogie boards and snorkel gear for you to use. I will definitely be coming back and next time with my wife as I think she would love the beach vibe. This morning I was able to have a cup of coffee and chat with Jon Paul a bit to learn how he acquired the property. The house was built with a very special wood and it has a really cool beach cabin feel. I don’t think anyone would be able to find another place like this in the surrounding area.

The beach house of John is very well located it is a pleasant place

Advantages: super clean and the house gathers everything you need Disadvantages: more towels are missing, no extra pay for leaving the house, absurd to go to the restaurant or to the sea! It is paid per night $27.60, the pool requires maintenance and the bubbles turn it on only one hour and a Sr has arrived. But overall a recommended place

Fabulous stay at John Paul’s property. The beach house is a piece of paradise open directly on the Pochomil beach, perfect for chill, sea activities and admiring one of the most beautiful sunsets. John Paul was very easy to communicate with and answered all our needs. Totally recommandable. (Beware on the rocks in the beach, they can be very sharp! My friend got injured :’( but could have a very good rest and recovery at the Beach House)
