We had an amazing stay at Duc's place! The apartment was impeccably clean and well-maintained, making us feel right at home. Duc was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. she provided us with detailed instructions about the city and recommendations for local events, which made our trip even more enjoyable. 에어비앤비로 예약해본 적이 없어서 좀 걱정했는데 괜히 걱정했달까.. 연락도 엄청 빨리 보셔서 소통도 잘됐고 숙소도 사진이라 똑같아요👍🏻 매일매일 청소도 해주시고 뷰도 바다뷰라 좋았어요 담에 다낭에 또 온다면 여기로 올 거 같아요🤍

We really enjoyed Brian's spacious flat. The pool and billiards area is stylish and attractive, a wonderful place to hang out. It was partially open to the outside but provided indoor privacy as well. The same can be said of the foyer outside the living room. It's nice to have some non air conditioned spaces for cooler days. The Kitchen, living room and bedrooms are all air conditioned, spacious and luxurious, several with balconies. The showers are huge and superb. The immediate surroundings can seem a bit scruffy, as this area is experiencing a good deal of development, but the neighborhood is actually quite lively and charming and less impacted by tourism. Everyone here is friendly and welcoming. You're just steps from the bay at the base of Son Tra, with its dazzling array of fishing boats. Finally, Brian provides two bicycles that we used everyday to explore Danang. Really, we had a great time at this flat and weren't ready to leave when our stay was up.

가족여행 숙소로 좋은 선택이였어요. 리조트 공용 풀장과 해변도 걸어서 갈 수 있는 위치입니다. 사진처럼 숙소도 깨끗했고 넓었어요. 호스트도 친절해요. 한국어 소통도 가능했습니다. 덕분에 즐거운 가족여행 보냈습니다.

대가족이 지내기 훌륭한 곳이에요~ 부모님과 아이 모두 만족한 곳이네요^^ 사장님과 소통도 원활하고 위치가 좋아 여행 기간 동안 편했습니다. 우리가 숙소에 있으며 주로 이용한 곳은 바로 앞 마트 2곳 음반미, 콩카페, 숙소 바로 옆 중국 음식점이였고 후기 좋은 미쓰니도 근처에 있어 가고 싶었지만 가지 못한게 아쉽네요~ 해변가도 가까워 물놀이 가능하고 숙소 수영장도 온도 적당하여 아이들이 신나게 놀았습니다. 대가족 숙소 고민하신다면 추천드려요~^^

장점 : 다낭 해안가 근처에서 목조로된 집입니다. 집 전체를 사용하며 분위기가 좋아요. 단점 : 저녁에 문을 잘 닫어야 모기나 벌레가 안들어와요. 욕실이 2층 침실에 한개이며배수가 잘 안됨 -> 문의한지 30분 만에 사람보내서 모기약, 배수구 손 봐주고 감(그래도 배수미흡) 총평 : 자연과 함께 분위기가 최고임 넓은주택을 단독으로 사용합니다. 벌레,모기가 싫거나 호텔을 좋아하시는분은 비추

The trip ended with a very pleasant feeling about the accommodation. The house was spacious with many amenities, and air conditioning throughout. My Khe Beach was just a few minutes' walk away, and there were many supermarkets nearby, and the place was also close to a bustling local market. The location was very valuable, and the host was very kind. I will return here again.

We met Hang on the very first day as we arrived at her property. She was very polite and showed us the whole property and gave us helpful advice too. The place was immaculate and looked like photos. We were a group of 7 people. We had no issues living at Hang’s property. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back if we are in Da Nang again. 100% recommended. She also owns a small cafe next door which only serves drink. Don’t miss it if you are in the area. Everything was at walkable distance. Walk for 5 minutes and you will be in the market. There were lots of restaurants, massage places and shops around the property. Da Nang Night Market is 8 to 10 mins away by car. 100% recommended

I recommend this place to stay; I will definitely be staying here again. The host is really responsive and helpful. The location is strategic, a two-minute walk to the beach, and it is even better when you get a beach-view unit.

최고의 숙소 중 하나입니다. 가족 여행 시 리조트나 호텔 커넥팅 룸과 비교할 수 있는데요. 조식은 베트남에사 일찍 여는 식당들이 많기 때문에(심지어 미슐랭 박는 식당들도 7시에 염) 그냥 나가서 사 드시는 게 훨씬 좋습니다. 저는 5박 숙박하면서 아침으로 건물 내 있는 여러 식당 이용했는데요 모두 맛이 좋았습니다. 숙소에는 경비원이 상주하여 안전하며, 건물 주민들도 점잖습니다. 주변이 시끄럽다거나 소음도 없었습니다. 무엇보다 다낭 전경을 내려다 보는 뷰가 좋습니다. 위치는 어딜 가든 그랩으로 금방 이동합니다. 어차피 다낭에서는 더위 때문에 도보 거리라는 게 의미가 없어요. 택시비가 매우 저렴하기도 하구요. 숙소 정말 추천합니다. 특히 5-6인 여행객에게는 최고의 선택일 수 있습니다.

매우 넓고 쾌적하여 2가족이 쓰기에도 좋습니다. 전자렌지,세탁기,건조기 쓰는데 이상없고 타올도 요청하면 바로 가져다 주십니다. 다낭에 또 오면 다시 방문할의사 있습니다

Linhs place is such a nice and calm place to stay at, especially being so near to the beach!! This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t be better—just a few steps from the beach and super convenient for exploring Da Nang. It’s close to great restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores, and getting around the city was really easy. One major plus: the A La Carte Hotel is a designated pickup point for the shuttle bus to Ba Na Hills (booked through Klook), which made our day trip there super smooth and hassle-free. The space itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. There was even a clothes steamer, not a common amenity in most Airbnb. Everything was exactly as described—if not better. Check-in was seamless, and the host was very responsive and helpful. The lobby and elevator smell absolutely amazing. The reception desk was also very kind, courteous, and helpful despite having no obligation to assist Airbnb guests as we did not book with the hotel itself. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!
