We had a fantastic experience at this property! It was actually even better than we had anticipated. Visiting from the United States, my friend and I were here ending for the second time in the last two years. We decided to try a different hotel space. We were so impressed by how clean and spacious the room was, including all the amenities. It felt very secluded and private on the balcony and in our hallway, even with other guests around. Tin, one of the receptionists, was exceptionally kind, helpful, and friendly. He had a lot of local recommendations for us. Anytime we had any need – such as laundry service, he was able to help us. He even offered recommendations for places to get one’s haircut! The overnight staff was just as friendly and helpful. Really, every one od the staff was so friendly and hospitable and welcoming toward us. Very nice boutique hotel in an excellent location. The bed is as very comfortable and the private (2) level outdoor space was spectacular providing many seating areas and excellent views. The entire outdoor space is exclusive to the penthouse room according to the sign at the landing of the stairs you will climb after the elevator brings you to the 6th floor. There is an access door in the hallway from the staircase to the bedroom door that is able to be unlocked from the interior hallway leading to the private terrace space. Just make sure you securely lock both sliding glass doors to the bedroom from the terrace. There is no safe for valuables in the room. You are able to deposit valuables with the front desk. I would stay here again very comfortable room. Nice bathroom with very cool sink and faucet. Late September 2024

The accommodation was close to My Khe Beach, so I was able to walk around as if I was going out to drink~~ There are many convenient facilities such as restaurants and marts in front (The laundry and pharmacy were on the main road, so it was good to use) Most of all, the staff was so kind that they provided us with bottled water and snacks whenever we needed them, so it was really nice. ^^ The pool was also pretty like the photos, so it was good for taking photos, and I stayed with my kids, and the kids had fun in the pool. The room was more spacious than I thought, the bed sheet was fluffy, and it was comfortable to stay because they cleaned it every day. There's no noise, and the air conditioner is cool. This is an accommodation I want to visit again next time. ^ ^

Modern Studio - 3Mins To Beach

I have been traveling around the world for a few years now. And I have stayed in several different airbnb places so far. And this studio was by far the best I ever stayed. First of all, great location, close to the beach. Yet the neighborhood is quite peaceful and quiet. That was a pleasant surprise. Also very close to all the restaurants and shops. There is even an excellent restaurant right downstairs. The room was modern, clean, and spacious. Very happy with the room. And another big positive: great host and staff!! All in all, I would love to come back and stay here again.

I had a truly wonderful stay with Vy and his wife. From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcome. Their kindness, warmth, and genuine care made my experience unforgettable. Their home is absolutely lovely, with a beautiful garden, pond with a bridge and a great pool that adds to the peaceful atmosphere. My room was spacious, very comfortable, and perfectly maintained. The breakfast each morning was delicious, and the added convenience of their laundry service made my stay even more enjoyable. I also really appreciated the free bicycles they provide, which made exploring the area so easy. At night, it’s incredibly quiet and peaceful, making for a perfect night’s rest. Everything about my visit was excellent in every way, and I highly recommend staying with them. Thank you, Vy and your wife, for such a fantastic experience!

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. I like the style of my room as well as the hotel. The staff is really friendly, warm, and helpful. I felt welcomed in this hotel. So when I return to Hoi An, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

The room is perfect, with a hammock, everything is very neat & clean, the food in the cafe is excellent and the gardens and Oceanside relaxing areas are lovely. We extended our stay by two nights we loved it so much !

fantastic place, would definitely return. lovely view of the river from the balcony. walkable to the town, in 15 minutes maximum, but far enough removed to feel like a respite from the hustle and hustle of hoi an. the check in was excellent and so many help tips, I think Hien saved us a fortunate with her advice! I've never had such a thorough briefing on check in, and it was much appreciated..all the staff we do kind and friendly, it felt like a home. and lastly, what a fabulous breakfast..cannot recommend this place enough

Highly recommend!We had the best airbnb experience! TA boutique hotel is less than a year old and it has an amazing tropical design. Our room had spare bedroom inside with a mattress bed. The team are super kind and professional. Room service everyday,high security with 24h front desk service and everything is super clean and modern. There’s washing machine in each room also roof swimming pool which you have an amazing view of a town and the sea! They offer free amazing breakfast everyday! The location is fabulous, Less than 10 minutes walk to the beach and many good cafes and restaurants. You can rent a scooter from the hotel with a good price and there’s many things to do around like surfing, visiting lady Buddha pagoda on the mountain, visiting some cities like Hoi An, my son temple in Hue and French village bana hill which they are all takes less than 2 hours. We will definitely come back here! Thank you TA Boutique team! ❤️
