Very nice stay

Our family of 5 had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Stephen's house. We had lots of room to spread out but also great common spaces to be together. Kitchen was well-stocked and location was beautiful.

We stayed two nights at Marissa and Tom’s house, and it was absolutely perfect. The house was immaculate—super clean and stocked with everything we needed for the weekend. The towels were incredibly soft, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the pillows were nice and fluffy. There were extra blankets everywhere, which was such a cozy touch. The fire pit outside was the perfect spot to sit and enjoy the crisp, cool air. Our group of five slept comfortably, and every detail of the home made our stay even better. Marissa and Tom were fantastic hosts—responsive, attentive, and always available when we needed to communicate. Their hospitality made us feel truly welcomed. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great stay in the area. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we had everything we needed. While the living room was a bit on the smaller side, the spacious dining area made up for it. The only downside was that we couldn’t open the windows during a couple of warmer days. We did find one fan in a closet, which helped a bit.

Great Place! Was only there for one night, but made use of the hot tub, and great view of the lake, a peaceful one day getaway.

Kenroy was an exceptional host! He was responsive, flexible, helpful and the house was everything we could’ve wanted for the weekend. We would highly recommend to anyone looking in that area to reach out to Kenroy. We also brought our dog so it was great that the house was dog friendly! Kenroy was accommodating as stayed during the winter months. This was our first time visiting Livingston Manor, and Kenroy was excellent in providing recommendations for the area. We can’t wait to go back!

Nice place for a quick weekend getaway!

Our second time staying at John's place with our two dogs. The apartment was spotless and comfortable with a well appointed kitchen. Within easy walking distance to town in one direction and a quiet streets to walk the dogs in the other direction. We look forward to returning for another visit in the fall.

Lovely quiet, pet-friendly place above the garage but note that there is a steep staircase to get up to the second floor. Very friendly hosts - greeted me on arrival and had left the door unlocked so entry was easy and the key was available for my use. Comfy bed, cozy and warm rooms with remote-controlled mini-splits in both the living room and bedroom. Bathroom with tub and separate shower - the water pressure was not as strong in the shower as I would have liked, but it was nice to have the skylight in there. My GPS found it easily but a larger sign with the house number would be helpful, especially at night. I would definitely stay there again.

This is a beautiful spacious home on hill with a mountain range view. The host told us about a hike that started in the neighborhood and it led to a pond and creek, which our whole family loved. Then Kingston restaurants were a very short drive to enjoy. The host left little snacks which I thought was a nice touch and the kids enjoyed.

Kim was a wonderful host!! She was active in terms of replying and very much helpful when needed. The Airbnb was amazing and matched the pictures perfectly. I had a very relaxing stay, away from the city. Very much recommended to anyone who would like a private and quiet place to unwind. I would love to visit soon🥰

A great long weekend getaway! Loved the hot tub! Host was very friendly and responsive!

We needed a place to stay locally at the last minute and Suzette's place was available for 3 nights. Even being locals, we thought the location was premium, being very close to the amenities of downtown Peekskill as well as the beautiful Blue Mountain Reserve area. There is a walkable trail right by the house. The pet friendly listing was another bonus as we needed to be with our cats. We would definitely stay here again if we were in a similar situation, and I can see how out of town visitors would enjoy it as well.

Enjoyed staying at Peter‘s place. We were especially glad we used the sauna, that was fun and a unique aspect of the property. It is a little bit close to a busy intersection, but Cold Spring is pretty quiet at night (and unfortunately there happened to be a political protest on the corner, the first morning.) The instructions for entry could have been a little clearer, because we weren’t familiar with the keypad lock. But other than that, it was a very nice place to stay, and we would certainly stay there again. Thanks, Peter!

Sarah’s place is very spacious! The neighborhood was very quiet (I was there on a weekend) especially compared to the experience of my friends who stayed in the middle of Newburgh. It was the perfect space to wind down in at the end of the day. The house does make noise but Sarah is upfront about that and I didn’t think it was that bad! I also enjoyed the tech free space, that was a feature for me.

Highly recommend! Our stay was absolutely perfect and just what we needed to unwind and decompress. The peacefulness of nature and the seclusion of the property created a serene retreat from the constant hustle and bustle of our everyday lives. With perfect weather, we spent our days enjoying the firepit, making s'mores, and sipping on libations – a wonderful tradition that became a highlight of our weekend. We were conveniently close to the Shohola Falls, which was a great spot to visit, but the Bushkill Falls – Pennsylvania’s very own Niagara Falls – truly stole the show. Glenn made the whole experience easy, from booking the cabin to answering all our questions before we arrived. This trip was a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure, enjoyed by myself, my wife, our two teenage children, and our pups. It’s a long weekend we will remember fondly for years to come. We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful cabin. It was exactly as described and looked just like the pictures provided. It was very peaceful and relaxing and we hope to visit again soon. Susan was nothing but the best at communicating with us and all the little extras she provides at their cabin was just an added bonus. HIGHLY recommended!!

The cabin was absolutely adorable and exceeded our expectations! We stayed for my birthday weekend and it couldn’t have been more perfect. We brought our two pups, who loved exploring the spacious yard, while we enjoyed cooking over the fire each day. It was the ideal mix of comfort and rustic charm. Emily was incredibly responsive—she answered all my pre-trip questions quickly and kindly. After the trip, I realized I left my favorite hat behind, and she was more than willing to help track it down, which I really appreciated. Our third time back because it’s just that good: the well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, immaculately clean and well appointed house and grounds - such serene surroundings! Such a great spot for a reset respite. Meng and Andrew are so hospitable and responsive and have truly thought of everything to help one sit back and relax! We will be back again 💫

What a magnificent spot! If nothing else, the creek next to the house was worth the price of admission. But the whole experience was fantastic. We filled the place up, and had a dozen more family members come for Thanksgiving dinner. It was cozy and the extra kitchen in the cabin was a godsend. We loved being there, and everything about our stay was perfect. Thank you!

This was a really nice cabin in a great spot —super peaceful and the creek was amazing! Walking down to the waterfalls every morning was sublime. The property was beautiful, and we loved sitting by the fire and relaxing hot tub (this hot tub was born to massage btw, for anyone suffering from chronic pain). Everything was clean and well kept. The lighting inside was a bit dim for me, so it was a bit hard to get going on the cloudier days but still, this cabin was exactly what I needed! Oh, also, we had one clear night and... wow, i have never seen so many stars in a night sky, just astounding.

Very comfortable and felt great to be inside this special little cabin. We brought our dogs and they were well accommodated here. The immediate road the house is on isn’t the best for walks but there’s lots of beautiful trails just a short drive a way. Although we were there during a very icy winter, I think the river behind the house would be fun to enjoy other seasons. Also great restaurants super close to the house.
