Small but cozy cabin in Storvika with water, electricity and wood burning. A sleeping alcove in the cabin and an annex with bathroom and bedroom. The cabin is located in the forest about 400 meters from Storvika Strand and outdoor area. Storvika is Trøndelag's finest beach and a super swimming area! Storvika also has several bolted routes for rock climbing and the beach is widely used for windsurfing and kiting. Walking distance to train station and city centre. There may be some noise from the parking lot and industry during the day.

Sunny place in the forest, simple cabin in tureldorado

This is a charming little cottage in the middle of nature. About 40 minutes from Trondheim. It is a fantastic starting point for great trips in Malvik-marka both on foot and by bike. You can lace up your shoes on the stairs and you are on a trip. After a 5 minute walk through the forest you will meet Kjerkstien/pilgrimdleden and can hike along it into the fields or take a canoe trip on the lake. A short bike ride away is Foldsjøen with great swimming opportunities. Storfossen with hiking trails is in walking distance.

Nice apartment from 2017 in quiet area only 11 minutes by car from Trondheim airport Værnes and 20 minutes by car from Trondheim city center. The apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed on one, and two single beds that can be taken out to double beds on the other. Malvik Center in walking distance with grocery, pharmacy, wine monopoly and burger king. The apartment has outdoor porch under roof, fireplace and free parking Extra charge of 400,- for linens. Check in from 18.00, check out before 1pm.

Relax with your boyfriend or with your whole family at this peaceful place to stay with one of the best views and hiking opportunities! There is the bus stop at only 300 meters distance with frequent bus routes (bus number 70), it takes only 20 minutes to Trondheim and 15 minutes to Stjørdal/Værnes airport. Magnificent detached house with beautiful fjord views in a quiet residential area. Large garden with trampoline, dollhouse and play rack – perfect for families with children. Up to 7 beds, with the possibility of an air mattress in the living room (a total of 9). The number of bedrooms is adjusted to the number of guests. A calm house cat usually lives in the house - to be agreed upon when renting. The entire home is rented out, except for one locked office. We are happy to accommodate as needed!

Skogrand year 1918

Welcome to Skogrand as my great-grandparents Aagot and Olov bought as a summerhouse in 1918. It is centrally located 15 minutes from Trondheim Airport and 25 minutes from Trondheim city center. The house has all amenities and many small bedrooms. It is located by itself with large plot and garden surrounded by woods and fields but also right by the road with easy access and plenty of space for parking.
