This is a charming little cottage in the middle of nature. About 40 minutes from Trondheim. It is a fantastic starting point for great walks in the Malvik field both on foot and by bike. You can lace up your shoes on the stairs and you are on a trip. After 5 minutes walk through the forest you will hit the Kjerkstien/Pilgrim Trail and can hike along it inwards in the field. A short bike ride away is Foldsjøen with great swimming opportunities, if you have a canoe, this is the right place. Storfossen with hiking trails is in walking distance.

There is a lot of space and high ceilings throughout the apartment. The place is close to grocery store, airport and train station, and only 4 km from Stjørdal city center. Here you live close to shopping, climbing park, hiking areas, salmon fishing, etc. The apartment has a separate entrance, and a large sunny garden. It's free parking at the farm. Welcome!

The apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed on one, and two single beds that can be taken out to double beds on the other. Malvik Center in walking distance with grocery, pharmacy, wine monopoly and burger king. The apartment has outdoor porch under roof, fireplace and free parking Extra charge of 400,- for linens. Check in from 18.00, check out before 1pm.

There is the bus stop at only 300 meters distance with frequent bus routes (bus number 70), it takes only 20 minutes to Trondheim and 15 minutes to Stjørdal/Værnes airport. Magnificent single-family home with proximity to Trondheim.

Magnificent single-family home with stunning views of the fjord! The entire accommodation is rented, with the exception of an office, where we lock off to store personal items. The home is unobstructed in a cozy residential area. Large garden that is well suited for families with children with a play stand, dollhouse and trampoline(summer half). Wishing the best for our guests, and if possible, would like to facilitate special needs.

Welcome to Skogrand as my great-grandparents Aagot and Olov bought as a summerhouse in 1918. It is centrally located 15 minutes from Trondheim Airport and 25 minutes from Trondheim city center. The house has all amenities and many small bedrooms. It is located by itself with large plot and garden surrounded by woods and fields but also right by the road with easy access and plenty of space for parking.

We felt just like home at Monika’s place! Especially the bed was so comfortable and it was the perfect stay for us in trondheim!

Fantastic space, young missed tv but,it went well outside area where we went for a walk. Not far from what you need. Easy way into the centre of trondheim. We are happy to review this space and come back here if possible. Missing coffee funnel, there was a press pot of coffee appated but like roasted coffee. Please recommend this place to others here it is quiet and quiet.

We had a wonderful stay at Trude's Airbnb! She was a super friendly and helpful hostess who was always there to help us every step of the way. The apartment was very clean and well equipped – we didn't miss anything. We were particularly impressed by the fantastic view from the living room over the old town of Trondheim and the fjord, which we were able to enjoy anew every day. The location of the accommodation was ideal for us as dog owners, as numerous green areas and hiking trails nearby invite you to take a walk. Overall a great experience. We can highly recommend Trude's place!

Luxury private house Amazing view!

This place is a dream- absolutely beautiful surroundings and views looking out over the Trondheimfjord/ Monkholmen. The inside is very colorful, comfortable, and very cozy. The provided breakfast food was delicious to cook with and we had a blast hiking around the area. It’s a quick commute to Trondheim in our rental car but close enough for Ubers to be an option. 5/5!

Terje was a great host, was always available when we needed help, for example regarding public transport. The house is very nicely furnished, everything you need. Our group felt very comfortable, there was even a sauna.

We had an amazing stay at the house. We were a group of 11 people who had a great time. The host and the master were very nice and accommodating with a quick response time. This house we could have really rented again. Brilliant location with short distance to the grocery store and to the center of Trondheim.
