The area is family friendly and has several playgrounds nearby. There is a short distance to the countryside and very nice swimming opportunities. 12 min from Trondheim. Cozy and inviting cottage with idyllic views of Jonsvannet. 15 sqm, with wide bunk bed. Kitchen table and kitchen bench, electricity and refrigerator, but no running water and sewage. Access to water, toilet and shower in another building 50 meters away. The cabin is located on the outskirts of Engelsåsen Gård and is associated with other units and facilities. Engelsåsen Farm is located by the town's drinking water source, Jonsvatnet, 8 min from E6 Ranheim, 15 min from Trondheim City Center and 25 min from Værnes Airport.

It is spacious and consists of three bedrooms plus an office (screens, sound, microphone and docking station) which can also be used as a fourth bedroom with mattress. In addition, there are two living rooms and a large terrace of 60 sqm with sun from morning to evening. There is parking and access to two electric car chargers. The area is family-friendly and has several playgrounds and a short drive to nice swimming and hiking areas.

Cozy house with a nice view from the livingroom. It's a parkinglot for two cars, the house has three bedrooms and one bathroom. The kitchen has all the neccesery equipment. It's a 4 minute walk to the busstop, 15 minutes to the train station and 20 minutes with a car to the Trondheim centrum. We use about 15 minutes from our house to the airport. 30 km to granåsen and ski VM. We have bedsheets and everything you need to sleep/shower. Also have two extra matrasses you can use right on the floor.
