Lovely single-family home from 2019 in family friendly and peacefull area. Perfect location right between the airport (15 minutes drive) and Trondheim city center (20 mins drive). Walking distance to grocery store with wine monopoly and pharmacy, hiking terrain w/ ski slopes, as well as the bus stop that takes you directly to Trondheim city center. Three bedrooms with double bed, bunk bed, and trundle bed. A total of 6 beds. A cot is also available if needed. Private parking lot with electric car charger. Stalls inside + outside are private.

Screened and peaceful cabin with a central location (about 30 minutes from Trondheim city center). Cozy outdoor area with proximity to hiking terrain. 10 minutes quiet walk you take up to several fishing/bathing waters. The cabin is from 1937, the standard is characterized by this, but it is part of the charm. Electricity, no running water inside, must bring your own. Road all the way to the cabin door, about 400 meters road that is not cleared in winter Sleeps: 1 double bed and crib in bedroom. 1 inflatable double bed. 1 field bed

Central location in Malvik. 20min by car to Trondheim and Værnes/Stjørdal. There are bus stops a few minutes away, where there are buses both north and south. From the residence it is walking distance to a small shopping mall, hiking areas and several playgrounds. A small drive away from the village, there are also two nearby local center, with several shops. Both in Trondheim and Stjørdal, there are restaurants, sights, water park, climbing park, nice parks, city centers, shopping and nightlife.

Cozy house with a nice view from the livingroom. It's a parkinglot for two cars, the house has three bedrooms and one bathroom. The kitchen has all the neccesery equipment. It's a 4 minute walk to the busstop, 15 minutes to the train station and 20 minutes with a car to the Trondheim centrum. We use about 15 minutes from our house to the airport. 30 km to granåsen and ski VM. We have bedsheets and everything you need to sleep/shower. Also have two extra matrasses you can use right on the floor.

The area is family friendly and has several playgrounds and short drive to nice swimming and hiking areas.
