Small but cozy cabin in Storvika with water, electricity and wood burning. A sleeping alcove in the cabin and an annex with bathroom and bedroom. The cabin is located in the forest about 400 meters from Storvika Strand and outdoor area. Storvika is Trøndelag's finest beach and a super swimming area! Storvika also has several bolted routes for rock climbing and the beach is widely used for windsurfing and kiting. Walking distance to train station and city centre. There may be some noise from the parking lot and industry during the day.

The house offers, among other things, 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, 3 double beds, a cot (single bed) and the possibility of an extra single mattress attached to one of the bedrooms. In other words, it's perfectly fine to be 8 adults, or 4-6 adults with more children here. In the basement, the gym of 24 sqm can also be used if desired. The house is 20 min away from Værnes airport and 10 min walk away from large swimming area.

Central location in Malvik. 20min by car to Trondheim and Værnes/Stjørdal. There are bus stops a few minutes away, where there are buses both north and south. From the residence it is walking distance to a small shopping mall, hiking areas and several playgrounds. A small drive away from the village, there are also two nearby local center, with several shops. Both in Trondheim and Stjørdal, there are restaurants, sights, water park, climbing park, nice parks, city centers, shopping and nightlife.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The house is family friendly at Vikhammer, 10 min by car from Trondheim city center and 20 min from Værnes airport. Bus stop right by the house, where you can take a bus into Trondheim city center. Houses have large garden with children's playground, parking space with electric car charger From the home there are great hiking opportunities, both forest and lake/beach. There are also many playgrounds in the area.

Welcome to Skogrand as my great-grandparents Aagot and Olov bought as a summerhouse in 1918. It is centrally located 15 minutes from Trondheim Airport and 25 minutes from Trondheim city center. The house has all amenities and many small bedrooms. It is located by itself with large plot and garden surrounded by woods and fields but also right by the road with easy access and plenty of space for parking.

Malvik, Hundhamaren, Trondheim

Spacious basement apartment with 3 bedrooms between Stjørdal/Værnes and Trondheim (15 min to city center, 30 min to airport). Free parking, fiber WiFi, office desk, washing machine and fully equipped kitchen. Heating cables in bathroom, hallway and two bedrooms. Walking distance to the shop. The host lives in his own apartment in the same house and is happy to help if needed.

The pedestal apartment is rented. 2 bedrooms with 5 beds, a neighboring room can be used for a bedroom with a mattress. TV with altibox, wifi, parking for 2 cars. Spacious bathroom. Bed clothes and towels incl. All equipment for cooking, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave etc etc. Don't expect 2025 standard but it is clean and organized.

Very cozy studio

Very cozy and small apartment. New in 2022 and very high standard. 1 min from train and bus station and 10 min from Trondheim (Værnes) AirPort or 20 min to Trondheim Central Station. 5 min walk to city beach and trails with amazing view of the fjord. We have 2 frenchies and hens walking around in our garden filled with dahlias and cherry trees.

This place is really peaceful and quiet, both summer and vinter. Either you are one or two families who want to live together, a couple, or want to stay here alone in peace. There is less traffic, and a nice and quit little lake close to the farm. Stjernehimmel kan ses på skyfrie netter!
