House vacation rentals in Malvan

We were a group of over 20 people who stayed at Elysium Gateway, and the property was exactly as described. The interiors were thoughtfully designed and well-maintained. I’d especially like to commend the house staff - they kept the place spotless, prepared delicious meals (honestly better than most restaurants we tried), and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The owner and manager were very responsive and even helped us with contacts for tempo travellers. Overall, I strongly recommend this place!

It was a great property with plenty of space. Large pool and air conditioning in all rooms. Great restaurants in walkable distance. Would recommend for big groups and families. The service is also quick and the management team is always responsive.

Enjoyed the stay Thanks to our Host Praveen who was quick in responding. The place is very clean and homely We had a couple of problems with the Air conditioner and Wi-Fi to which Praveen responded immediately and were resolved instantly. Great Place…Great Host… Would love to stay again.

Raavi's villa in Assagao is a hidden gem in the heart of Assagao, Goa. A very tastefully restored and designed Portuguese villa nestled in the wilderness of Goa. The villa is fully equipped with everything one needs to have a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. The caretaker also prepared us breakfast every morning and was always available at our disposal. Raavi is super responsive and attentive to guests and we feel lucky to have had the privilege of having lived in the house and being hosted by Raavi and his wonderful on ground team. we definitely intend to come back soon.

Honest Review: A Perfect Getaway Spot for Large Groups & Families We recently stayed at this amazing property and had an absolutely wonderful experience. If you're planning a trip with a large group — especially with kids — this place is just perfect! The living room and balcony are super spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax, chat, and just enjoy each other’s company. There’s a TV and a Bluetooth speaker provided, which added a nice touch for entertainment during our stay. The rooms were very clean, and the bathrooms were hygienic and well-maintained with surprisingly good quality water — something that’s often overlooked but so important. The air conditioning in all rooms worked really well, which was a total blessing considering the hot climate during our visit. We were also impressed by the swimming pool — sparkling clean and just the right size for both kids and adults to enjoy. Villa was nice.. We had a wonderful stay at the villa in Assagao. Nestled in a quiet, lush neighborhood, the property perfectly blends Goan charm with modern comforts. My stay was wonderful! The host, Ms. Mohini, was always reachable and very helpful throughout. The interiors were beautifully done, and the lighting created a warm and welcoming ambiance. I particularly loved the photo frames and flower vases — they added a lovely touch to the space. The caretaker was also available at all times, which made the stay even more comfortable. The only suggestion I have is to include a pressure cooker or an electric cooker in the kitchen, as it was missing. Overall, I highly recommend this place for a pleasant and comfortable stay!

We had a fantastic time at the villa. The proximity to the beach and private pool were handy day time activities. Great restaurants nearby and friendly and helpful villa staff. Special shout out to Mowgli, the resident pup, who kept us entertained.

We 10 members had a wondeful stay at this property . Property amenities is as mentioned in the Photos, we had nice time at swimming pool . Food is the highlight of our stay, Bhagawan is the one who loves to prepare food as per our desire & request. Room maintenenace is also very good, except the first floor last ( Big size) room Airconditioning . It makes noice and not able to generate the enough chillness. AC service to be done. We are sure in our next visit also we will prefer stay in this property only.

Stay was comfortable. Host was very responsive 1. arranged water can on request 2. cleaned house when we extended our stay 3. prepared house as given in listing the place 1. peaceful green surroundings 2. we had a car so was easy to get around accessibility there are uneven surfaces and steps in entry so young kids and those with accessibility requirements should consider this when booking.

The place is located at the great location, very near to main attractions, I had a really good time with my family at the villa, staff there was so supportive with everything. The best part was 24/7 caretaker . If you are looking for a place to stay with big group just go book it . It’s worth every penny

A Serene Village Escape I recently stayed at this charming Airbnb, and it was a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of Goa's party scene. The village vibe was authentic and cozy, transporting me back to simpler times. The morning was idyllic, and the soft, comfortable sheets were a highlight - I haven't slept so peacefully in a long time! Highlight: The bathtub was a time travel! If you're looking for a tranquil escape, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

A beautiful place to stay in the bustling neighborhood of Candolim. Ours was a last moment booking and we were fortunate to have found Karthik and Elrika's place. Karthik is a lovely human being. He was generous and ever-helpful with whatever we needed during the stay. And the lovely dogs, who love getting all the attention from the guests. The hosts have a large beautiful garden consisting of plums, figs and mangoes to chillies and herbs. It is an abode of all sorts of birds. Loved the sustainable practices the hosts follow - composting (and using the compost in the garden), strict waste segregation, and sediment filters for drinking water. Many places unnecessarily use wasteful RO filters for drinking water. Surprisingly, Goan well-water is sparkling clean. Also, do ask for Karthik's delicious home made kombuchas. It's a treat in the summers. Looking forward to seeing them again!

I had an incredible stay at Shekhar Villa. This peaceful beautiful property is a step away from a clean tranquil beach. We enjoyed a walk by the ocean, met friendly local fishermen, and watched the sunset from the Gajabadevi temple. We thoroughly enjoyed authentic fish thali and Malvani veg thali prepared by Ms Deepali. The host Ms Vanita Ma'am was in constant touch ensuring everything was perfect. Just make sure to carry some snacks with you since there are no eateries close by. However, The house was maintained properly including clean bathrooms. Thought it was a spontaneous trip turned into a memorable experience :)

We had a very nice stay. The place is located in a residential area, with a great pool and very quite. The pros for this in my opinion is the respect for ones privacy and tranquility of the location. The house is very spacious, each room has a private shower and toilet so you could easily stay with friends. The pool was beautiful and just outside the house. Main plus in my opinion. You can drive with a scooter to nice restaurants in the area, just keep in mind that a car/scooter/taxi is mandatory to get around. Overall we had a nice calm stay, and Revati was communicative when needed.

A lovely 2bhk apartment at a great location. Just about 2 mins walking distance from the beach. A min if u take the shortcut! Aesthetically pleasing design, very well equipped, very clean, with a lovely pool. Very private and no disturbance. We had a great time doing our own cooking with a very functional well equipped kitchen. Beautiful furnitures and everything looks new and clean. You get all the basic amenities and more provided like umbrellas, hair dryers, toiletries etc. the hosts have taken great care in designing and maintaining the property. And they are so responsive and easily reachable for any queries. Would totally recommend this lovely place! Totally worth the affordable price too!
