Die abgeschlossene Wohneinheit befindet sich im Gartentrakt eines mediterran gestalteten Privathauses nur zehn Minuten von Klagenfurt und dem Wörthersee entfernt. Die oberen Stockwerke bewohne ich mit meiner Familie. Der zwanzig Meter lange Pool und der traumhafte Garten, der sich direkt vor ihrem Schlafzimmer befindet, kann jederzeit benutzt werden. Ich spreche auch Englisch und Italienisch und stehe Ihnen gerne mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, damit Ihr Urlaub ein richtiger Traumurlaub wird.

The photos are wonderful, but the reality is even more impressive: the pool is huge (larger than in many hotels), the whole house is architecturally very, very interesting, the bedroom is like a relaxation room with a view of the mountains, Tanja as Hostess especially nice, and the beautiful lake about 10 minutes away by car - if you don't - like us - stay in the apartment most of the time because you already have everything you need to relax. :) Thanks again and we will definitely be back !!”
Schönes ebenerdiges Holzhaus, auf einem gepflegtem 1000 m² Grundstück. Ideal gelegen um die umliegende Region mit den herrlichen Seen zu erkunden egal ob allein oder mit der gesamten Familie.
“We usually look for houses with a lot of space around it, an enclosed area where your dog can walk around nicely, a cozy clean interior and gladly within walking distance of shops and walking routes. You will find all of this here plus a beautiful view and what a breath of fresh air is a relief. We have come home once again the greatest effort to get used to our living environment. Moosburg is very cozy and easily accessible, Schloss Moosburg is an impressive eye-catcher. But also the chic Pörtschach on the beautiful blue Lake Wörth was definitely worth it. We hope to enjoy Petra's house many times!”
