The house is located in the charming community of Dalsjöfors 15 minutes from the center of Borås. Listing plan is completely newly renovated and all beds are brand new. 1 km to a really nice lake where you can swim, fish & grill. Within walking distance (5min) you will find an award-winning tapas restaurant, pizzeria, grocery store and bakery. In the community there are also tennis courts, padel courts, bathhouses, a footpath around the lake with several barbecue areas. In the basement (which has older standards) there is another toilet, a shower and a washing machine.

Fiskemöjligheter i närheten. Recencion from the first guest: There is a place for sitting in garden. The best for eco tourism: mountain view, eco honey. Walking in the wood and relaxing in sauna. Swedish heritage in the old house. Close to Limmared a, Dalsjöfors and about one hours drive from Ullared.
