Appartamento in zona isolata nella stupenda Val Zebrù del Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio. Ottimo per passare una vacanza al contatto con la natura ricca di flora e fauna selvatica. Riscaldamento a legna, l’energia elettrica è fornita da un impianto fotovoltaico. Nella zona non vi è connessione telefonica, ma è presente una connessione wi-fi in baita, inoltre vicino vi sono due ristori dove si possono degustare i cibi locali. La baita è raggiungibile a piedi o con le jeep autorizzate al transito.

Diese besondere Unterkunft hat einen ganz eigenen Stil. Die alte Stube, historische Betten und Leuchten, 2 Holzöfen, eine alte Veranda mit Essplatz, Parkettböden und ein großer Garten mit alten Obstbäumen machen einen Aufenthalt zu einem besonderen Erlebnis. Lehmverputzte Innenwände, Fußboden- und Wandheizung sowie überdachte PKW-Stellplätze bieten dazu den entsprechenden Komfort. Zu mieten ist das gesamte Hochparterre-Geschoss des Gebäudes mit knapp 100m2. Neu 2025: Neues Backrohr und Spüle!

Unweit der Stadtmauer gelegen finden Sie das Haus samt großzügigem Garten und Parkplatz. Nur wenige Meter entfernt können Sie durch eines der insgesamt drei Stadttore spazieren und gelangen direkt in das charmante mittelalterliche Städtchen, mit deren rund 900 Einwohnern. Vor uns erstreckt sich das gesamte Etschtal, ein Spektakel zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit und Meran und das Schloss Tirol liegen uns zu Füßen. Ein perfekter Ausgangsort für Wanderungen und schöne Spaziergänge.

Schluderns ist ein super Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen jeglicher Art, Mountainbiking, Skifahren, Schwimmen, Ausflüge mit dem Zug, Kulturziele ( Burgen, Erlebniswege, Museen,...) in die Schweiz und nach Österreich geht's in 20 Fahrminuten. Im Wintergarten mit grandiosem Ausblick auf die Alpen genießt man den Ausblick,5 Gehminuten entfernt ist ein großer Supermarkt und eine Bar, den Dorfkern erreicht man zu Fuß in 10 Minuten.
