I was blown away by the beautiful decor and thoughtful amenities. Every detail was perfect, from the stylish furnishings to the mostly equipped kitchen. I really had a peaceful stay. The setting was incredibly tranquil, perfect for a relaxing getaway I would say a perfect spot for romantic weekend getaway. And also had a wonderful experience! Cleo's was an outstanding host, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. :))

The place is by far the best I have stayed at in The Residences. Looked exactly like the pictures, they have a lot of stuff for entertainment, complete kitchen wares, very beautiful home set up including the balcony. The unit is well maintained and the host is extremely responsive. A stress free staycation indeed.

Had a refreshing stay. What stood out most was the serene view overlooking a quiet residential neighborhood instead of the usual busy Metro Manila skyline. It created a calm, homey atmosphere that felt more like staying in the suburbs than in the middle of the city. The space was cozy, clean, and comfortably furnished, perfect for anyone looking for a peaceful breather without leaving the metro.

We rented the unit as a prep area for my wedding, and I’m so glad we chose this place! The host was incredibly generous in accommodating all my requests, making the experience smooth and stress-free. He was very responsive, kind, and approachable the entire time. The unit itself truly lives up to its name — cozy, aesthetic, and very clean. It had everything we needed: fresh bath towels, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a hot shower, and even two TVs — one in the living area and one in the bedroom. We also had a lot of fun with the Xbox and the board games provided. Thanks to the host’s amazing hospitality, he helped make my wedding day even more memorable. Highly recommend this place!

Our family truly enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The air conditioning was cold, and the WiFi worked great. My niece and nephew especially had a blast in the pool — we had it all to ourselves the whole morning which made it even more fun. Check-in was smooth and easy, and Glorie Anne was super responsive throughout our stay. We really appreciated the little last-minute extension she kindly granted us — it made a big difference! The location is also a big plus — it's very close to the mall, which gave us plenty of food options and added convenience during our stay. Perfect spot for a big group or family getaway. Would definitely book again!

it's my 2nd time here,. and ias usual, it did not disappoint. The place is perfect for either team building or gatheting with family. 😊

The house is cozy and spacious, with drinking water provided. However, as a mom of two babies and a clean freak, I found the bathroom quite dirty—there were soap stains on the walls, and the grout was blackened. I also suspect the main door frame had termites, as bits of decayed wood kept falling to the floor, which we had to sweep often to keep our babies safe. The kitchen is very nice, and the rooms are squeaky clean. However, there were no cabinets or storage spaces for clothes and luggage, and nowhere to hang clean clothes in the rooms. Still, we had a good stay overall. If given the chance, we’d definitely book this place again. The hosts are very responsive, present when needed, and provide clear instructions. This was my second time booking one of Tatiana Roses’s places—last year and again this year—and both experiences were great.
