Mallnitz has its own ski area Ankogel (2636m), ideal for winter sports with kids but also for the more experienced winter sports enthusiast. A 20-minute drive away is the Mölltaler Glacier (3122m). Where you are sure of snow in the winter, you are in the right place in the summer for beautiful walks and bike rides. Mallnitz has a cozy village center, supermarket and bakery.
