We had a great stay! The apartment was spotless. You really can’t beat the location, right in the heart of Zadar, with everything from cafes to historic sites just a short walk away. While the outside of the building might not win any beauty contests, the interior is modern, cozy, and well taken care of.

What a stunning villa with stunning views. The villa is to a an exceptional standard with all amenities. The pool and seating area was stunning and views of the mountains unreal. The villa was exceptionally clean. This was one of the best places I’ve stayed and felt right at home. Ivan made us very welcome and I would highly recommend and will definitely be retuning in the near future. Zadar is a stunning town

Studio apt is in center of Old Town...fabulous location. If you have a car ..suggest using the nearby 24 hr underground parking. It's .66 euro/day.

A new, very nice apartment, with everything you need. We were there for a birthday, and the hostess even put a small gift with Happy Birthday on the table. Very attentive and sweet. We can only recommend this place. Thank you Kind regards

The flat was really clean and spacious. We quite enjoyed the balcony, when we could considering the weather we had… The sea side is 2 minutes by walk, and the city center easily reachable as well. Josip was a great host, welcomed us on arrival and always answered when I asked for tips. Definitely recommended !

Extremely great view, Josep picked us up from the Airport and was very nice and responsive as well, giving us restaurant recommendations all around the city. The owner of Belmont Realty is also extremely responsive and ensures a great stay! 10/10 can recommend

Great location, only 10 min walk to old town. The apartment is very clean, beds are great, bathrooms and kitchen recently remodeled. Bring your own soap, shampoo, etc. Don’t let the outside of the building fool you, both the apartment and neighborhood are very nice. Parking is available behind the building, first come first serve but we always found a space. Definitely recommend this apartment.

We had such a wonderful stay at Villa Fiore. Katarina and Predrag could not have been more hospitable, friendly and helpful. The villa was spacious, modern, immaculately clean, the en-suites from every bedroom made life much easier for us and the kitchen was very well equipped. The pool and outdoor space was amazing and the sunsets stunning. In terms of location, the villa was ideal for us - we hired a car and Zadar city centre was easily accessible in 20 minutes. We reached Plitvice Lakes within 2 hours and visited beaches nearby too. There was a well-stocked Tommy supermarket and bakery within 5km and there was a fantastic mall within 15 minutes drive (called Supernova), which was great for souvenirs etc. I must mention the BQQ - Predrag is an expert and his offer is not to be missed! We were warmly welcomed by Robert and his wife, and personally shown around. The room was perfectly fine, and we were welcomed with a drink and snacks. This apartment is an ideal base to visit Zadar or is close to the airport. Highly recommended! The parking in front of the door is convenient. Then you'll be downtown quickly with an Uber.

This apartment has everything you need. We were more than satisfied and happy to be able to spend our vacation there. :-) The hosts are very friendly, easily accessible and welcomed us super nicely. House with climate - spacious two bedrooms, large kitchen equipped with everything you need, very helpful host

The location of the place is great. You have direct beach access via the host's property. Bakers and restaurants are within walking distance. Larger supermarkets are also easily accessible by car. Zadar itself is about 20 minutes away by car. The accommodation is super well maintained and the kitchen is super well equipped. Everything you need is there. The hostess was always available and fulfilled every wish. The absolute highlight is the roof terrace with Jacuzzi, which of course was used a lot. I can only recommend the listing! We will be happy to come back.

The communication with the host was excellent during my 3 months in Zadar, and he was very attentive and understanding throughout my stay and all the situations. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has everything I needed. The balcony is even larger than it appeared in the photos. I highly recommend this place and Marko as a host.

The accommodation is great and looks exactly like the photos, the check-in was flexible which was very convenient for us. Communication was super nice and quick and Šime gave us some tips for our stay!

The accommodation is just right! Still very quiet in the old town. The apartment is on the 4th floor of an apartment building without an elevator, but that was no problem for us. The hostess is very friendly and personally welcomed us and answered our questions. We were able to cook small things without restrictions. What I personally liked most is the clean large bathroom. The place is highly recommended!

The host made us feel very welcome when checking in. The apartment is located in a peaceful neighborhood, only a 10 minute walk from the centre. The place was very well maintained and in a pleasantly quiet location. The pool and jacuzzi were always very clean and there were plenty of free loungers. In the apartment everything was as described and everything was well maintained. Radovan was a very likeable host with good English skills, the exchange was always possible without any problems. We will certainly be back!
