It is located on a fenced property with a swimming pool, lawn, barbecue and large parking lot. All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning and a TV. Wifi is available throughout the house. Within an hour's drive from the house are the cities of Zadar, Nin, Biograd, National Parks Paklenica and Krka, and many other attractive locations. The nearest beach is 10km away, the store 1km, the airport 4km.

This new villa is located near a sandy beach in a quiet location. The villa consists of three bedrooms, living room with kitchen, dining room, three bathrooms and guest toilet. A sun terrace with barbecue, sauna, fitness room, private parking and WiFi are available to our guests. All bedrooms have a bathroom and air conditioning. The pool is heated. Near our accommodation there are restaurants, bars, supermarkets and the most famous tourist resort with entertainment facilities.

After beautiful sunsets, on hot, Mediterranean nights, you will be refreshed by the pleasant country air. If you want to cool off in the clean sea of Telašćica Nature Park, the nearest secluded beach is 2-3 minutes from the house. The house is equipped with a small kitchen and an outdoor grill.
