Het appartement is zeer ruim en het is altijd mogelijk om een plekje in de zon of in de schaduw te vinden op de terrassen/balkonnen. De eigenaar woont op de begane grond, het appartement heeft een eigen opgang aan de achterzijde. In de ruime tuin staat nog een gite die verhuurd wordt. Deze heeft eigen terrassen. Ruime parkeergelegenheid en vriendelijke verhuurder. Hij is niet teveel aanwezig, maar absoluut zeer bereikbaar en behulpzaam. Alles wordt zeer goed onderhouden en is schoon. Dichtbij buurtsuper, bakker, slager, restaurants (5 minuten lopen). Zee en haventje (met boot verhuur) op 7 minuten wandelen. Van alle gemakken voorzien.

We stayed here for a 2 nights at the start of our holiday and arrived late at night. Check in was easy and it was easy to find in the old town. Marija had provided a high chair and cot for our baby which were prepared and excellent - thank you. The apartment is in the middle of the old town and makes everything easy to get to. A small supermarket is round the corner, as well as bars and restaurants. Car parks are close by too, we hired a car and managed to get parking close to the apartment just outside the old walls. The balcony was great, it's safe for children and enclosed. The only couple of points to mention that I think other people have said - the apartment is at the top of the building and no lift, so lots of stairs - but we knew this and were ok with this. We also stayed on Friday and Saturday nights so you can sometimes hear some distance background music from bar/club but this is the be expected and it didn't wake the kids - so we were happy! Excellent place to stay!

Wir haben unseren Junggesellenabschied mit 10 Mann in Zadar verbracht und es war fantastisch! Das gemietete Haus mit Pool, Sauna und Whirlpool war einfach perfekt für unsere Gruppe. Im Umkreis gab es auch einige Sehenswürdigkeiten, die sich gut für Ausflüge angeboten haben. Besonders abends hat uns die lebendige Altstadt begeistert – tolle Atmosphäre und richtig gute Clubs. Insgesamt war es eine super Erfahrung und ich würde das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Beautiful home! There was plenty of space for the seven of us that were there. The pool and rooftop patio were amazing! The house has everything you need. It’s about a 15 minute drive to downtown Zadar and about a miles walks to restaurants in the local village. I would definitely recommend!

Josip was very kind and welcomed us even before the check-in indicated on the App. The apartment was big, had a nice living room. The kitchen had everything you might need! The balcony had enough space for 3 - 4 people to sit and even some clothes to be laid out! We got some restaurant and beaches suggestions and the options were really worth it! Not so close to the centre, but a few minutes away by car from it. Definitely recommended if you hop in Zadar!

Marta is a very nice host and answers very fast when we had questions or comments. The house is very nice with a lot of ways to relax like the pool, the jacuzzi and the sauna. Small supermarket and bakery are around te corner. We have had a great stay!

Wir hatten eine super Zeit. Das Appartement ist super sauber und die Aussicht fantastisch. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und zur Ankunft gab es noch eine kleine Überraschung über die wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Vielen Dank an Mate und Martina

Užili jsme si zde krásných 13 dní. Skvěle vybavená kuchyň. Krasně čistý apartmán. S Mariem byla super komunikace. Pokud někdy navštívíme opět Pakoštane, rádi se sem vratíme. Na pláž Janica to je 550 m což s dvěma malýma dětma zabralo 8-10 minut. Krásne uličky i centrum města. I na začátku září zde bylo co dělat. Děkujeme moc za zpříjemnění dovolené! Doporučujeme všem!

Location of the apartment is great, with a sea view from the balcony and like 30meters from the sea. Perfect spot for sunrise. Had a short trail right near the house to the next village. Walkable distance from market and cafe. Comfortable bed.

Sandra était notre meilleure hôte pendant notre séjour de 3 semaines en Croatie. Elle nous a accueillis avec sa gentillesse, sa bonté, son sourire et nous a donné pleins de conseils pour visiter les environs. nous avons également eu droit à notre arrivée à une petite attention (boissons et pastèque fraîche, gâteaux et bonbons pour les enfants) A recommander sans hésitation

Erg fijn vond ik de goede communicatie. Wij werden door onze Uber een straat verderop afgezet en de hosts stonden ons in de straat al op te wachten en pakten gelijk onze koffers over. Het appartement ligt midden in het centrum en dus overal dichtbij. Ook het strand is heel dichtbij. Zeer vriendelijke hosts die ons gelijk tips gaven voor de goede restaurants. Al met al, heel fijn.

We were enchanted by Dunja’s home on the waterfront. It was private, peaceful, surrounded by greenery and close to our daily outings. The house had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Loved the terraces and shore front seating areas. The water was lovely on sunny days. Dunja was there to greet us, show us around, provide advice on places to see, restaurants and history of the area. She is attentive, helpful, accessible and very well informed. We highly recommend her home and hope to visit again.

Wir waren mit einer Reisegruppe von 8 Personen in der Anlage und hatten einen sehr sehr schönen Aufenthalt dort. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Insgesamt sehr gepflegt inklusive Außenbereich mit Pool. Die Lage war auch ansprechend, da wir alles Wichtige in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichen konnten. Hier allerdings der Hinweis, dass ein Auto vorteilhaft ist. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern lief ebenfalls reibungslos. Fazit: Alles in allem sehr gut!

Wir haben uns im Haus von Jadranka sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles sehr schön eingerichtet und man fühlt sich direkt wie zuhause. Wir hatten sehr kurzfristig gebucht und konnten dennoch schon vor der CheckIn-Zeit ins Haus. Jadranka und Ihre Familie sind sehr freundlich und haben uns bei Fragen stets geholfen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Nette kleine Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage in der Nähe von schönen Buchten. Der Pool lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Gastgeber sind super lieb und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert, wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Es ist alles sauber und genau so, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen und beschrieben ist. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, tolle Strände und Restaurants sind in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar. Das Highlight ist natürlich der wunderschöne Außenbereich, die Zeit dort haben wir sehr genossen. Milan ist ein super netter Gastgeber, bereits vor Anreise hatten wir Kontakt und wurden herzlich vor Ort empfangen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub! :)

Beautiful villa as described, amazing hosts…. We arrived tired and hungry on a Sunday and all shops were closed and within an hour Luka and his wife delivered a plate of fresh cooked pancakes for the kids and some sweet treats cooked by Luka’s Mother, above and beyond and saved the day! Everywhere spotlessly clean and well equipped. Can highly recommend!

Bardzo przyjemny pobyt. Byliśmy u Tomo 10 dni. Pokoje zgodne z opisem basem czysty i zawsze dostępny. Lokalizacja zdala od miejskiego zgiełku 30 minut spacerem do centrum miasta. Gospodarz zawsze pomocny i jak coś się zepsuło od razu przystąpił do naprawy. Serdecznie polecam!!!
