Pacir spa ponnies house(remodeled)

Big garden for parking with fence, few minutes walking to the spa. It's beautiful and safe here with nice neighborhood. there are 2 bedrooms with 3 beds, 1 bathroom, 1 closed balcony where you can read and relax while enjoying the view, 1 big living room where you can also sleep if the 2 bedrooms are not enough. You can have barbecue in the garden. We speak Serbian, Chinese, English, Italian, Hungarian. We have 2 friendly ponnies in backyard that kids really love. Pets are all warmly welcome.

The property is a traditional house (built 1891) with private garden, grass farmyard and orchard. It is completely renovated, very comfortable and well-equipped. There is lots of space indoors and outdoors to relax and experience traditional village life. All village shops, swimming pool and amenities are a short walk or cycle from the house. Couples, groups and families love the peaceful and friendly atmosphere of the house and the village. The thermal baths at Pačir are 4km away.

Our apartment is located on the outer rim of Bácska Topolya,close to the car road ,1.5km from the city center, 3km to Topolya Lake, 2.5km to the TSC arena. There are several minimarkets within a 200m radius. Our apartment is air-conditioned,fully equipped kitchen,outside terrace, free parking inside,free wifi,mini playground....... I will always recommend this place. It met all of the expectations. Thumb up for the host and his nice and tidy place.

I travelled on business and chose Mihajlo's apartment for my four-night stay. Mihaljo met me personally, and he speaks good English. The apartment is in the town centre. There are free public parking places at the entrance to the apartment. The apartment was spacious—everything for myself. It has all the amenities needed for travellers. The bedroom overlooks the yard - I heard no noises at night. I slept very well, and I was fit to work every day. I recommend Mihajlo as a host.

A modern bathroom features marble-patterned walls and a small sink positioned above a white cabinet. A gray towel hangs beside the mirror, while neatly arranged towels and toiletries are displayed on a wicker basket beside a covered trash bin.

The nicest host I've ever met. Went above and beyond to help us. I wouldn't go anywhere else in Serbia Kula.

I had a wonderful stay at this secluded countryside house. The location is peaceful, surrounded by nature—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host, along with her husband and son, was incredibly helpful during check-in, making sure everything went smoothly. One important tip for future guests: don’t rely too much on Google Maps, especially for the final part of the journey. It’s best to check with the host in advance to avoid any confusion. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet retreat.
