Welcome to a newly built guest house (eight-unit house) of 30 m2 + sleeping loft of about 10 m2. The house is peacefully located on dead end street a short walk from the sea. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed (180 cm), a small living room with kitchen and bathroom with combined washing machine / dryer. The loft has low ceilings and one mattress with room for one person. The house has its own patio with table and chairs for six people. There is also plenty of room for parking of cars directly adjacent to the property.
