Closed barbecue with full bathroom. Complete crockery for 12 people. Close to Manantiales, La Barra, José Ignacio and more. Covered garage for 2 cars Electricity and water costs are charged separately, they are minimal. They are taken by meter.

Great place to stay steps from the willow lagoon. It accommodates up to 20 people with the comforts of a hotel (heated pool, spaces to relax surrounded by nature). We really had a great time with the family. The house and setting is dreamy, lots of peace and quiet and with many amenities nearby. The house is super comfortable and with a lot of spaces for leisure and sports. Philip was a great host and Frank was also at your service for whatever we needed. This is an amazing house within easy walking distance to the beach. There is plenty of space for a small group. Even though there are the challenges of living in the country such as mosquitos that is true of any place in the area, the house is well equipped to cook and make the most of the beach with a well thought out design. The garage acts as "mud room" to reduce the amount of sand tracked into the house from the beach. Winfred is an excellent attentive host who valiantly attempted to rectify the difficulties with the WiFi.

We loved staying here! We stayed a week with our two children (1.5 and 5). Monica was so responsive the whole week. Provided excellent restaurant recommendations. The location was perfect and walkable to everything we needed- grocery, coffee, shopping, and the beach. Our boys had a blast! The pool was beautiful and the view was incredible. It isn’t a modern home with updates- but we felt cozy and right at home. We had everything we needed for an Asado with family. It was the perfect week in La Barra!

Great place, beautiful surroundings with nature and sufficient place to go with several people and still have sufficient space and privacy each if one wants. All in all a good place, but you need a car to get here and be mobile.
