The place is as described. It is a wonderful location near the bus stops to Verona and Sirmonie as well as the harbour for the ferries . The place was clean and equipped with everything we needed and we were welcomed by Giuseppe who also responds quick to messages / questions we had and was very helpful in pointing us to the local bakery and convenient store . The apartment has loads of shops , restaurants, coffee bars and gelato bars in the area and we were spoilt for choice . The location is absolute key and it was so convenient as we did not have to drive but use the facilities available in the area . Would absolutely recommend this apartment it is well equipped and spacious and we will definitely recommend and hopefully be back again

An amazing pool area and view from balcony were the best. Apartment has everything you need, even playstation for kids. Mauro is very helpful host always ready to help you in any question! Would definitely stay again.

As soon we booked the apartment we found a great welcoming, a clear instructions, easy and friendly staff. We stayed two nights and we feels like we are in home the apartment was clean and furniture was in good condition, the kitchen was prepared well and the best part i enjoyed with was the large terrace with super view show Garda lake with the mountains and nice jacuzzi up there. Highly recommended for family and its enough for 5-6 people. Miss Olympia was very kind and so helpful that she shared with us list to around the area and nice local restaurant. Thanks to all Bmp team.

Highly recommend! Very atmospheric place, super equipped in great location. Beautiful and huge garden from which you can admire the lake and mountains. The children were delighted. The owner was kind and very helpful, keeping us informed about interesting events.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment for two nights and highly recommend it! Ireen welcomed us with beautiful energy and genuine laughter. She gave us an introduction to the apartment, which is perfectly located. Garda Lake is vast, and we weren’t sure where to stay, but we were so happy with our choice in the end. In the morning, you can relax on the small balcony and enjoy the first rays of sunlight and a beautiful Italian view. A refreshing swim is just a few minutes away, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby to explore. After a day out, you can return to shower (just note that water pressure can be an issue in the area), then head down the stairs to catch a breathtaking sunset and treat yourself to gelato by the lake. Elisa was also incredibly responsive and caring throughout our stay, and her collection of books is a lovely touch. Overall, a very pleasant experience!

The place was absolutely perfect – clean, stylish and well-equipped. Communication with the host was smooth, everything was excellently organized. From check-in to checkout, everything worked great. A real oasis of well-being – it couldn't have been better. Thanks for a great stay!

We know the area well but first time with Morris. He was very responsive at all time . The apartment/ studio is perfect for two people , great location in Lugano outside desenzano and Peschiera so quieter like we wanted. Great restaurants. The bed is really comfortable and the pool looked brand new. Washing machine in bathroom a great addition. Good supply of kitchen stuff. All in all definitely recommend

A lovely apartment that fit the description and was in a quiet, private residence with lake views from the roof terrace and pool area. Located well to get to near by lake towns and walking distance to Moniga and near by amenities. Marco was a fabulous host, friendly, accommodating and very helpful with local knowledge. Had the pool to ourselves most of the time. Apartment provided everything we needed. Glad we hired a car and parking available. Would be happy to visit again.

We are a family of 3 adults and 2 babies. Marta was very accommodating, she arranged cots and high chairs for our babies which was amazing to have on holiday. The location is perfect, only a 7 minute walk into Peschiera del Garda along the walk way, gorgeous restaurant next door (I'll Forte cappuccini) and literally just on the lake. The pool area is beautiful. Marta and Matilde were great at communicating with us. We would definitely return.

I can only say that Gianfranco has always made himself available . We found a super furnished apartment with every comfort, cleanliness. A place worthy of relaxation. We had a wonderful stay at this lovely vacation apartment! We stayed for a week and felt right at home from the start. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The view of Lake Garda from the balcony was absolutely stunning – a true highlight of our stay. Our host was exceptionally friendly and attentive – she always responded quickly and helpfully to our messages, which made everything so easy. We really appreciated her warm hospitality and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-organized stay!

We stayed here with our two young children (4 year old and 21 month old) in the 3 bed apartment with a massive balcony and a great view of the sunset (loved sitting on the balcony at breakfast time and night time). Absolutely wonderful. Very big and very clean. Marion gave us some great restaurant recommendations. We had the pool to ourselves all week. Very quiet safe area with electric gates (you can hear Gardaland but that didn’t bother us). Nick who met us for check in, met us an hour early and was very nice and helpful. We had mosquito spray when outside and kept the mosquito doors closed and/or the doors/windows closed so didn’t have any problems (great air con). We rented a car so we could get to everywhere around the lake with ease. We had the best holiday in Lake Garda! We didn’t want to leave! Thanks Marion.

We absolutely loved Paola's place. It was easy to find, she met us at a pre-arranged time and explained everything clearly. The apartment is spotless and exactly as described, with a very comfy bed and lovely view from the balcony. It's very well placed for a short walk into town to the abundance of lovely restaurants, some of which Paola recommended to us. There is no air conditioning, which meant it could get warm overnight, but a good electric fan has been provided. We will definitely consider this place when visiting the area again!

The highlight is the view. Simply crazy and fantastic!! The apartment lacks nothing and Nicole is super helpful and also gives good tips & recommendations for the area. She was always quick and responsive. The location is very and perfect for switching off. There are many restaurants and markets in the area. It feels very local as there are no tourists and instead many Italian villages. So you experience Italy in the original 😁

It was one of the most beautiful nights in Italy! The accommodation is integrated and close to all events such as restaurants and cafes, shopping and directly overlooking the lake. Thank you to the host for their openness and constant assistance to us.

We really enjoyed our stay! Giulia provided us with detailed instructions for check-in, parking, and more. The view from the terrace was amazing. Overall, Giulia is a fantastic host. We highly recommend her place!

Elisa was a wonderful host. Not only did Elisa help in recommending sights to visit but she also included pamphlets in her air bnb to help with deciding where to go. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed to feel at home away from home. The view of Salò from the kitchen is to die for, it was truly stunning eating dinner, sipping Elisa’s welcoming gift of Prosecco and looking across at the lake and beautiful mountainside. The rooms were cute and cozy and that’s always a huge plus for me when I’m away from home for long periods. If you ever do get a chance to stay here, make sure you take Elisa’s advice and take the drive up and along the lakeside, it just becomes so exquisite. Grazie mille, Elisa. We hope to visit again one day soon.

The communication with Antonella was very good, quick and friendly. Accommodation is in such a great location, right in the heart of the city and right next to the lake. The roof terrace was the highlight! We would definitely stay here again.

Great place, clean and modern apartment. nice yard and private table, courtyard cozy and lots of plants and turtles that you could feed with lettuce. I recommend it!

First of all, the view! The private terrace is gorgeous with the most stunning of views. The apartment is small but ideal for a couple. It’s really well appointed with everything you’ll need. It was also very clean. Andreea, who looks after the Airbnb for Marco, is fantastic! The apartment is a 1.5mile walk to the nearest shop/supermarket, and is also up a hill, so I think hiring a car would be essential - if even just for getting shopping. The walk into Torri is beautiful though. The jetty is perfect and the lake is lovely to swim in. We would definitely come back - but hire a car next time.
