Family guest room with a new private bathroom

My place is perfect for a family with kids since it has a spacious room with a table/mini-kitchen and a private bathroom built in 2022 December. You will have a private access to the lower floor and balcony just outside of the room. A free parking for a regular passenger car is also available. We are a family with two lovely kids and one dog. We go to your floor only for a laundry but it will be very rare. In case that we need to go for laundray or other reasons, we will notify you in advance.

Lovely newly built apartment close to the water

You wake up rested in the comfy queen size bed in an apartment that still smells new. You arrived last night at Arlanda airport, and after a mere 15 min drive you were there, at the apartment in the house with the big garden, at the lake Norrviken. You decide to go for a morning swim and take a walk to the closest jetty, hidden among the trees a block away. Then you head off to explore Stockholm, which is just a 25 min drive away. At night you decide to cook dinner at home and put your feet up.

A cozy little house, 100 m from a swim in the nature reserve. 20 min to Stockholm city. Private parking space and a terrace facing south, with garden furniture and barbecue facilities under the apple trees. The house is located in a garden and has no view from the main building or neighbours. 140 cm bed + a 120 cm wide bedding sofa. New bathroom and floors down stairs (2023). 350 m to bus stop or 1 km to subway. Several sandy beaches, restaurants, golf and other activities within 1-3 km.

Note that the longest time you can rent the apartment is 14 days. The accommodation is adapted to tourists and there is no washing machine. No laundry facilities nearby either. Newly renovated, fully equipped apartment, in an old house from 1873. 3,5 km to a little, nice beach. Good location for day trips to Stockholm, Uppsala, Gävle, the sea and ironworks villages. You can borrow a bike for free. This is the place for those who are looking for a relaxing environment in the country.

Lugnet i skogen

Boendet ligger mycket naturnära. De vilda djuren, tillgången till skogen och lugnet är fantastiskt. Samtidigt är det bara 5 minuter, så är du på motorvägen mot Stockholm (1 tim.), Trosa (20 min) eller Nyköping med Skavsta flygplats (30 min). Chansen att se vilda djur här är nästan 100%, mest hjortar. Vill ni vara säkra på att se älgar, vildsvin etc. kan vi rekommendera en vilddjurspark på Öster malma, bara 20 min härifrån.

New studio - like a hotel room with a kitchen

The studio is located at the bottom floor of our house and has it's own entrance with a code lock. It takes about 30 minutes to the central station including walking. Parking is included and is located just outside the door. The studio has a bathroom and a kitchen. The neighborhood is calm and consisting of villas and terraced houses. There are supermarkets and fast food places within 5 min walking distance.

I stayed at Ulrika's place for 2 months. The apartment is small but has everything that you need and even more. The neighborhood is quite and green. Ulrika was really nice, helpful and flexible. It is a good place both for staying just a few days and a longer period of time.

Nice place to stay out of the city with a direct bus to Slussen main bus station. The neighbourhood is lovely and you can enjoy nice walks and beaches. Can be a bit chilly as mentioned in other comments but Johan provided us extra blanket and heating if needed :) We were offering some wine and snacks for our arrival as well and Johan provided recommandations too.

Jessica und Marcus haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Sie haben uns einige Tips für Stockholm gegeben und jederzeitige Hilfe angeboten. Auf Fragen haben wir immer umittelbar eine Antwort erhalten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese kleine hübsche Wohnung trotz oder sogar wegen ihrer dezentralen Lage sehr empfehlen. Gerne werden wir uns daran erinnern.

Jag, min man o dotter åkte till Stockholm för en Kent konsert. Det var lätt att ta sig till boendet, rent och allt man behövde. Det tog tio minuter att gå till tunnelbanan och sedan var det bara ett par stopp så var vi på 3 Arena. Kontakten med Rebecca flöt på fint. Vi är mycket nöjda!

We were delighted to meet Noémi and her family. She is a perfect host - communcation was fast and friendly and we felt very welcome when we arrived. The studio was very clean and tidy and offered all we needed. It is located in a safe and quiet residential area so you can get a good night's rest. Parking on the street is possible but you can also take the bus into the city centre/central train station. Ideally located if you want to visit SLU (Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences). We would love to come back another time - thank you very much!

Väldigt vänlig och tillmötesgående värd. Både incheckning och utcheckning gick smidigt. Vi hade önskemål om att checka in tidigare, och det fick vi möjlighet att göra.
