Monthly Rentals in Malagrotta

This is an oasis in a hectic city. Stefano is a fantastic host. It is quite a climb to reach the bus, but once in the bus you are on Sint Pietersplein in 30 minutes. The house is equipped with every luxury. The only thing missing is a washing machine. If you stay like me, three weeks, you must be provided for this or look for a Lavanderia. Stefano also offered to have it done, but I didn't think that was necessary. In short, a fantastic base from which to visit Rome.

Marco was absolutely wonderful. His home was just like the pictures, and he was incredibly responsive. He kept checking in on us and offering suggestions for things to do. It was a short walk to Roma Aurelia, and then a short train ride to whatever neighborhood you wanted to go to. After being out all day, most days. in the huslt and bustle of the city, retrieving to Marcos place was serene. It was peaceful and quiet. I loved the outdoor space so much. Also huge bonus for being able to do laundry. We stayed 10 nights and I wouldn't change a thing. Thank you for sharing your home with us, for a vacation we will never forget.💜

Very kind and helpful host. Cozy and clean house. Slightly cramped spaces and not very well-stocked kitchen but Luca's courtesy makes up for the small imperfections! I'd go back.

Such a beautiful home just on the outskirts of Rome! The hosts were so lovely and thought of every detail, even providing some groceries for a meal when we arrived! we loved staying here and the bed is extra comfortable!
