A space with a double bed, a two-seater sofa, a dining table, a television and air conditioning; high-speed internet; a kitchen with an induction hob, a refrigerator, a microwave, and fully equipped; a large private bathroom with a shower with a screen; in a privileged enclave facing the sea, in the middle of the Paseo Marítimo.

Very beautifull apartament in the center town with nice private terrace. Perfectly situated on a quiet street by the Cervantes Theater and Plaza de la Merced, nex to everywhere. 15 minutes walking to the beach. We have just renewed the bathroom. Just to enjoy! Ask the posibility to rent a private parking near the apartment. Checkin after 22 h have an extra charge of 20€ at arrival. After 24 h it cost 40€.
