We all thoroughly enjoyed Beth’s place. Nicely stocked with everything you would need for a getaway and very good suggestions for things to do. Pool was a little cool but that is not something that could be controlled short of heating the pool. Granddaughter swam in it any way, like a fish!! Exit instructions were not bad. We are definitely looking to stay there or in one of Beth’s properties again!! Absolutely fabulous!!!!

Stunning home both inside and out! We especially loved the private pool, and were content to lounge in the pool all day. Although the house is next to a fairly busy road, it was quiet and peaceful. We were pleasantly surprised to find an outdoor grill, since it wasn’t mentioned in the listing, and used it a couple times. Kitchen was generously stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans, dinnerware and glassware. We had a little trouble initially with the keypad at the entrance gate, as the keypad was a little glitchy. This happened twice during the week of our stay, but eventually we were able to get in. We’d highly recommend this house! We had good communication with the host prior to our stay, and never encountered any problems where we needed to call on them during our stay. We would love to return in the future!

This is the ideal accommodation for a few couples or a larger single family. The spacious kitchen and family room made it easy for our group of six to hang out and never feel cramped. Great location that was walkable to downtown Vero Beach shops, restaurants, and hotels where other family were staying for the wedding we were there to celebrate. The extra space and amenities in the home made it very easy for us all to get ready versus a cramped hotel room. Beautiful home and hope it remains so for many future guests!

This home checked every box: Location, cleanliness, communication. The location is beautiful, peaceful and perfectly situated to be within 5-10 minutes of anything that our family ever needed: beach, misc. essentials, food. Watching two rocket launches from our dock ended up being an unexpected surprise and so memorable! We had manatee visitors swim right up to the dock 2 of the mornings and saw dolphins daily. The cleanliness was great. There is an obvious care for the home. The entire place was very clean and updated and we all felt comfortable making ourselves right at home. I especially appreciated the beautiful and well stocked kitchen that had every random item that we could have needed. The bathrooms were so nice and clean and the pool/patio area was enjoyed daily. A fantastic bonus was the excellent communication. I had a couple of questions during our stay and they were incredibly quick to respond, helpful, and did so in a very friendly manner. You can't ask for more!

We had a great stay at this beautful brand new house. It is in a very convenient location to get to the downtown or a quick drive over the bridge to the beach. The house is close to the main road, but well insulated from the road noise. The pool was nice to have but does get leaves other debris in it. Would be nice if was screened in, which would help with the mosquitos too. The garage was nice to park in. we had two cars so with the single car driveway we found ourselves moving one car to get the other in or out of the garage a lot. Would be much better if you could fit two cars on the driveway.

We had such a wonderful time at Lindsey's place. Very clean, new and an absolutely amazing location. She was an incredibly responsive host. The views from the master bedroom and balcony are unbeatable. Pool was plenty big, heated and some pool toys available in the garage. We were lucky enough to see probably 10-15 sea turtles swimming near shore as they were nesting on the beach at night. The "walk" to the beach was simply going over the small wooden walkway/stairs down to the beach. As easy as it gets! (the tiny path before the wooden stairs could use a solid weed whacking but was fine). Also, we got to see two Space X launches from the beach! It was a great trip with my three kids (11,8,6) and I would highly recommend Lindsey's place.

The home had just as many beds and bedrooms as it described. We had a great vacation.

Made great memories at this beautiful home! Very clean, plenty of space in and around the home, games and entertainment for the family to enjoy and plenty of outdoor activities. The kids loved the turtles passing through the backyard. Tim and his family went above and beyond to make sure were comfortable and completely satisfied. Makes communication extremely easy, proactive and responds promptly. HIGHLY recommend staying here!

Fantastic place to call home while traveling. Very clean, thoughtfully laid out, private oasis with the hot tub. When the propane for the grill ran out, Heidi was quick to change it out. We left behind a few items and we were contacted right away; she set them aside until we could retrieve them. Highly recommend this little gem!

Mrs. Ali and her home were perfect! Her home had everything we needed, so she pays attention to detail! She went above and beyond, even had a cute basket made for my daughter's birthday (my daughter loved it)! I ultimately chose her home because of the hot tub, but we were surprised with even more. The corn hole, putt putt golf strip, and other amenities was icing on the cake! The house smelled great, sheets smelled great, the house even had bikes and beach toys for our use! This has been a stay to remember! Thank you so much for sharing your home; we are grateful!🦋

me and my boyfriend absolutely loved staying at Courtney’s Airbnb!! it was the perfect spot to just hangout and relax!

The home was exactly as pictured, beautiful inside and out. It was far enough away from the main thoroughfares to be quiet but still close enough that going for groceries or going to see attractions could be done quickly and with ease. All of the amenities one would need and expect to find were included. As an added bonus, working during the day from the provided work area was probably the best experience I've had so far with any home I've rented, as it includes an adjustable height (standing) desk and monitor, and the chair was very comfortable. Overall I was very pleased with my stay!

the house was so beautiful nice big and the design of the home you can tell it was extremely thought out when adding things to it, also was very cozy.

The house was perfect for my family of 10. It was clean, spacious, ample towels (bath & beach) and linen. The outdoor space is screened in with lots of seating, tv, radio (with Bluetooth), mini fridge, and pool. The pool is big and very clean. There are multiple beaches nearby…15-20 minute drive. My family will definitely come back❤️

We had a fantastic time at this home. Our kids loved everything about the home. The beach spot was supreme so nice and quiet and private, we loved that part of it.

The description on AirBnB undersold this place. Very comfortable, garage space very functional (even if you don't have cars), good supply of dishes, glasses, silverware, etc. in the kitchen. Super clean. Everything worked. Key Lime pie in the fridge over the top. Loved the location near Bon Steele Park and the river access on property. North Jetty of Sebastian Inlet was closed while we were there so we missed that. Alan knows his stuff regarding fishing this area!

Loved watching the wildlife from the deck every morning! Saw a night time Space X launch too, from that same deck!! Great location!

The neighborhood was very nice. Family friendly and safe for walking. The neighbors and kids were very nice too. There is a large back yard my husband enjoyed sunning himself. We sat out on the screened lanai in the morning and had some nice meals out there. The beds were very comfortable.

We had a terrific stay! We had a little glitch with the AC...the batteries in the thermostat needed to be changed. Kathy and Jamie were quick to solve the problem and even sent a professional to double check the unit to make sure it worked after replacing the batteries. Very comfortable home. We enjoyed our stay. We cooked every night and the kitchen was well stocked.

Can not say enough about the entire experience! The house is beautiful with an open concept that was perfect for our large group and small wedding ceremony. The backyard is set up perfectly for fun and relaxation. Not to mention the wide array of wildlife in turkey creek, so cool! Our host Jay was on a joy to deal with! Communication was more than expected. The guests before us did not put the trash out on trash day. I mentioned it to Jay and he had someone there the next morning! 5 stars! Will be recommending this home to everyone.

Amazing spot right by the water super cozy home to rent, the beds were like sleeping on a cloud!!! Enough space to cook in the kitchen all & all it was a great stay!!
