Within a walking distance there is the BATUMI CENTRAL railway station, bus and taxi stops (both towards the city center and towards the Green Cape, Botanical Garden), the sea and the beach. There are many shops, supermarkets, bakeries and pastry shops nearby, a small market of vegetables and fruits straight from the villages. Golden Fish Restaurant, Bela Costa Restaurant, beach cafe (very tasty and inexpensive). There is a children's playground and free parking in the courtyard!!!
