we stay at Larica place as a couple . for both of us was fantastic . nice cosy and clean apartment very comfy bed and great bathroom . all You need in a kitchen and balcony makes You feel so good . BTW . on bottom floor there is cafeteria good food and very cheap. stuff on reception very helpful too. great time for us in Larisa place 😉

Wonderful place. Everything you want and more. I couldn’t find one mistake. Her apartment looks like a piece of art. Every piece of furniture placed just where it should be. I enjoyed eating my breakfast while looking outside in a peaceful atmosphere. The only problem I had is to let it go. Building is new. Reception clean and secure well. You need to have a token to enter. Security cameras set up to insure your safety comes first. Outside the building looks organized and very clean. The Black Sea just a block away. To get to it, you go through fountain, beautiful walking bridge and if you love photos. You will have many beautiful views worth to capture for unforgettable moments of your life. A large and cozy house just a few minutes from the sea. It's a perfect place for a family vacation. Mark is a very responsive and friendly host.

The apartment was little bit small, but convenient. Little bit far from city center. But the apartment itself and the district it is in was amazing. The wine compliment was a good extra touch :)

Actually, everything was cool. Among the disadvantages: the house is renovated, so it is noisy during the day. Also get ready that in winter it will be cold in the first 6 hours until you warm up the apartment with air conditioning and underfloor heating. But these are temporary and seasonal difficulties, which are compensated by the cost of living. Among the disadvantages of the apartment itself, I note only that the heater on the balcony, which makes it necessary to flush cold water for a long time until it becomes hot. I spotted: you need to open the faucet and wait 14 seconds until the hot water flows. But I don't think it's worth lowering your rating for this.

This was our second time staying at Maia’s place which says a lot. The apartment is as nice as ever, super clean, quiet, and the location can’t be beat to walk to the old town, the park and the beach. Maia is a kind and welcoming host. We’d love to stay at this place again.

The house was just like in the photos, immaculately clean, in a very central place, with a great view and such a large plaza. We can call it a price performance venue. We had a wonderful time with our son, and most importantly, Keti was always in contact with us, answering our questions with satisfaction and sincerity. We would love to stay again and would highly recommend this place to anyone ❤️
