A large and cozy house just a few minutes from the sea. It's a perfect place for a family vacation. Mark is a very responsive and friendly host.

The location of the property is excellent. The property is suitable for a large company, the only disadvantage is that the toilet and kitchen are in a separate room. And the host himself was very friendly and kind! We had a lovely time and communicated well.

What a wonderful apartment! Everything matches the photos and the description, but in person it is even better. Very cozy interior and everything you need. Great location within walking distance to the city's attractions, with many restaurants and a shopping center nearby. It was nice to wake up to a beautiful view of the sea, and it is impossible to stop admiring the sunsets. Large living room, two comfortable bedrooms, and a beautiful bathroom. Everything is clean and well thought out, lots of sockets (you can charge your laptop from anywhere in the apartment), and all the living room lights can be turned on in many different combinations which is appreciated. The only drawback was intermittent Wi-Fi, but otherwise a very spacious and cozy apartment you want to come back to! Nice owner, customer focus at the highest level! Thanks to the owner for his responsiveness!

This one was the best stay I had. It felt right at home. Very clean and had all the amenities. It's out done my expectations. Really recommend this place to everyone coming to Batumi. This place has the best views. Its a little far from the city centre but you can always take a cab its very cheap to get to the city centre.

This is a very nice, fresh, clean, well-stocked apartment. We had a great time at the Dreamland Oasis complex. You need to understand that the apartment corresponds to the hotel room in its own size. The most lovely part of this apartment is the small terrace with its own garden. It compensates for the lack of space in the apartment.

A wonderful apartment near the sea. It absolutely corresponds to the description, photos, and all the good reviews about it. The apartment itself has everything, from a first aid kit to baking paper. Nearby are all the necessary shops, cafes, restaurants, a playground, a swimming pool, a beautiful park and an embankment. Nikita is a responsive host, he helped with the check-in and with storing a suitcase when leaving. I definitely recommend the apartment.

I had an amazing two-month stay at this Airbnb! The pictures match reality. The building’s location is just steps from the beach and a short walk to the Grand Mall, with everything you need close by. The balcony offered a stunning view of the sea. The host was always friendly and responsive. We left the apartment as spotless as we found it for the next tenants and can’t wait to return someday. I highly recommend this place!

Good clean and near everything

Lived in the apartment for 3 month. Perfect for remote work - fast internet, workspace, separate monitor. The studio itself looks even larger than it feels from the photos. Inside is everything you need: a kitchen with dishes, a kettle, a washing machine. There are many shops, a pedestrian embankment within a 3-minute walk. And a gorgeous view! Evgeny answered all questions from the first day, gave recommendations. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay in Batumi.Apartment has everything you would need for a short stay. Close to beach and promenade,supermarket ,shops and restaurants.The only slight negative is the poor soundproofing but that is due to the building and no fault of the host.
