Приятная квартира, хорошее местоположение: рядом парк, тренажерный зал и разные ресты, стабильный интернет Окна выходят во двор, поэтому в квартире было очень тихо и спокойно

Я провел три ночи в этом жилье и остался очень доволен. У нас была возможность насладиться барбекю и поплавать в бассейне, что сделало отдых еще приятнее. Красивая крыша с потрясающим видом добавила атмосферы. Удобная парковка была большим плюсом. Особо хочу отметить хозяина, который всегда был на связи и готов помочь в любой ситуации. Рекомендую это место для отдыха!

Местоположение жилья отличное. Жилье подходит под большую компанию, единственный минус, это, что туалет и кухня в отдельном помещении. А сам хозяин был очень дружелюбный и доброжелательный! Мы прекрасно пообщались и провели время.

What a wonderful apartment! Everything matches the photos and the description, but in person it is even better. Very cozy interior and everything you need. Great location within walking distance to the city's attractions, with many restaurants and a shopping center nearby. It was nice to wake up to a beautiful view of the sea, and it is impossible to stop admiring the sunsets. Large living room, two comfortable bedrooms, and a beautiful bathroom. Everything is clean and well thought out, lots of sockets (you can charge your laptop from anywhere in the apartment), and all the living room lights can be turned on in many different combinations which is appreciated. The only drawback was intermittent Wi-Fi, but otherwise a very spacious and cozy apartment you want to come back to! Nice owner, customer focus at the highest level! Thanks to the owner for his responsiveness!

The room is very good, clean and nice view at the swimming pool. The location is amazing and near everything.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich, stilvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Lage war für mich perfekt. Mayya ist eine sehr aufmerksame, freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die sich rührend um ihre Gäste kümmert.

Это очень милая, свежая, чистая, хорошо укомплектованная квартира. Мы отлично провели время в комплексе Dreamland Oasis. Нужно понимать, что апартаменты по своим размерам соответствуют номеру отеля. Самая прекрасная часть в этих апартаментах - это небольшая терраса с собственным садом. Она компенсирует недостаток площади в квартире.

A wonderful apartment near the sea. It absolutely corresponds to the description, photos, and all the good reviews about it. The apartment itself has everything, from a first aid kit to baking paper. Nearby are all the necessary shops, cafes, restaurants, a playground, a swimming pool, a beautiful park and an embankment. Nikita is a responsive host, he helped with the check-in and with storing a suitcase when leaving. I definitely recommend the apartment.

I had an amazing two-month stay at this Airbnb! The pictures match reality. The building’s location is just steps from the beach and a short walk to the Grand Mall, with everything you need close by. The balcony offered a stunning view of the sea. The host was always friendly and responsive. We left the apartment as spotless as we found it for the next tenants and can’t wait to return someday. I highly recommend this place!

Мы провели две чудесных недели ноября в гостеприимном доме Мераба. Чакви - отличное место для тех, кому хочется побыть в тишине и красоте сельской Аджарии. Дом расположен в шаговой доступности от остановки автобусов и маршруток (они ходят очень часто), от центра Чакви с магазинами и от моря (минут 7 пешком). Мераб встретил нас в аэропорту под проливным дождем. Все подробно рассказал, всегда был на связи, но не был навязчив. Нас угощали мандаринами. яблоками и лимонами из сада. А главным другом детей (и нашим) была собака Альма:) В доме было все так, как можно увидеть на фотографиях. Когда мы приехали, было прибрано и чисто. В кухне есть все необходимое, включая средство для мытья и губки. Гостиная хорошо отапливается газом, в других комнатах прохладнее, но есть электронагреватель, который мы перемещали в зависимости от наших нужд:) Холоднее всего было в ванной, там необходимы тапочки, пол во всем доме кафельный. Думаю, летом этот дом просто идеален, но и осенью в нем очень уютно:)

Жил в квартире 3 месяца. Идеально подходит для удалённой работы - быстрый интернет, рабочее место, отдельный монитор. Сама студия выглядит даже больше, чем ощущается по фотографиям. Внутри всё, что надо: кухня с посудой, чайник, стиральная машина. В 3-х минутах ходьбы множество магазинов, пешеходная набережная. И шикарный вид из окна! Евгений с первого дня отвечал на все вопросы, давал рекомендации. Настоятельно рекомендую!

The apartment's location is great, right next to a beautiful promenade. Dato is a friendly, helpful and responsive host. The apartment was clean, with a beautiful view of the sea, equipped with everything you might need. Thanks for the hospitality!

Great place to stay in Batumi.Apartment has everything you would need for a short stay. Close to beach and promenade,supermarket ,shops and restaurants.The only slight negative is the poor soundproofing but that is due to the building and no fault of the host.

Bardzo fajnie spędziliśmy czas w tym miejscu. Apartament czysty i bardzo przytulny. Jest wszystko co potrzebne. Okolica super. Wszystko w pobliżu. Restauracje, sklepy, atrakcje, galeria i najważniejsze morze. Nie mieliśmy do gospodarza żadnych pytań ale myślę że jak by coś było potrzebne to on by pomógł. Polecamy ten apartament i z chęcią tam jeszcze wrócimy.
