Vacation rentals with beach access in Makhinjauri

I had an amazing two-month stay at this Airbnb! The pictures match reality. The building’s location is just steps from the beach and a short walk to the Grand Mall, with everything you need close by. The balcony offered a stunning view of the sea. The host was always friendly and responsive. We left the apartment as spotless as we found it for the next tenants and can’t wait to return someday. I highly recommend this place!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! Everything was clean, cozy, and just like in the photos. The host, Piotr, was incredibly kind and responsive — he answered all my questions quickly and even gave great recommendations for food and transportation in Batumi. Türkiye’den gelerek İlk kez Airbnb kullandım bu sebeple endişem vardı. Ama ev sahibi çok çabuk ve hızlı bir şekilde evi tutmamıza yardımcı oldu. Türkiye’den gelecekler buraya kesin baksın. The building is located in the center of Batumi's promenade - you can walk 5Km in each direction. The apartment is designed like a boutique hotel. All amenities are there and working. The rooms are beautiful, from the chandeliers hanging from the ceiling through the gorgeous wallpapers and down to the tiles on the floor. Although misfortune had a lightning strike the building just before we checked-in and kill both elevators - we had a great time. Vaja is such a true Georgian gentleman - he offered to carry our heaviest suitcase for us, all 13 floors up (I refused, of course... but he did repeatedly offer to...). My mother-in-law was celebrating her 70th birthday and Vaja even took it upon himself to leave her a surprise birthday present. I highly recommend staying in this apartment and I must commend Vaja on truly being a "super host"!

Our stay at Vako’s was magnificent. We agreed on the early arrival, Vako has been very helpful and responsive. The flat itself was very comfortable and beautiful We really enjoyed spending time here

Manzara ve konum çok güzel ve temizdi

Ich habe drei Nächte bei Mariam verbracht. Ihr Mann und sie haben mich herzlich willkommen geheißen, mir Tickets und Unternehmungen geholfen und waren immer erreichbar. Der Garten ist wunderschön und es gibt die Möglichkeit draußen zu kochen. Ich würde sofort wiederkommen! Der Strand ist keine 100 Meter vom Haus entfernt!

Lovely place, quiet and very very near to the lovely beach, extremely friendly people with recommendations for the area, you’re quickly in town with a cab. We had a lovely stay! 🫶

Мы провели две чудесных недели ноября в гостеприимном доме Мераба. Чакви - отличное место для тех, кому хочется побыть в тишине и красоте сельской Аджарии. Дом расположен в шаговой доступности от остановки автобусов и маршруток (они ходят очень часто), от центра Чакви с магазинами и от моря (минут 7 пешком). Мераб встретил нас в аэропорту под проливным дождем. Все подробно рассказал, всегда был на связи, но не был навязчив. Нас угощали мандаринами. яблоками и лимонами из сада. А главным другом детей (и нашим) была собака Альма:) В доме было все так, как можно увидеть на фотографиях. Когда мы приехали, было прибрано и чисто. В кухне есть все необходимое, включая средство для мытья и губки. Гостиная хорошо отапливается газом, в других комнатах прохладнее, но есть электронагреватель, который мы перемещали в зависимости от наших нужд:) Холоднее всего было в ванной, там необходимы тапочки, пол во всем доме кафельный. Думаю, летом этот дом просто идеален, но и осенью в нем очень уютно:)

Местоположение жилья отличное. Жилье подходит под большую компанию, единственный минус, это, что туалет и кухня в отдельном помещении. А сам хозяин был очень дружелюбный и доброжелательный! Мы прекрасно пообщались и провели время.

We had a great week at the seaside, and this wonderfully located, clean, comfortable home was central to it. We were a large group with three children under 2, and it was a wonderful place for us to stay. The sea is only about a 10 minute walk, and there are several things to do with small children right on the same block. I highly recommend staying here, and thank you to our hosts!

We visited Batumi only for a few hours, as our main goal was to explore nature and the national parks, but we stayed at Megi’s place and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Megi was incredibly helpful and communicative from the start. The house itself is huge, spotlessly clean, and located in a peaceful area - perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Getting there was smooth thanks to Megi’s assistance. The road isn’t visible on Google Maps, but we received clear instructions and helpful photos to guide us through the last few hundred meters. When we arrived, the host was waiting for us, gave us a warm welcome, showed us around the house, and explained how everything works. We highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a quiet retreat near Batumi!

We recently stayed at this house for our vacation, and overall, it was a great experience. The property was spotless and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Zaza was incredibly helpful and responsive, making the booking process and our stay smooth and enjoyable. However, one important thing to note is the proximity to a railway. When we inquired about it, we were informed it was a dead end, but it turned out to be a main road with significant traffic. This led to some unexpected noise, especially at night, which might be a concern for light sleepers or families traveling with young children. Despite this, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would still recommend it for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-hosted stay. Thank you, Zaza, for your hospitality!

We spent a week at the apartment, and it was an excellent experience! We felt 100% at home. The rooms were clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The balcony was spacious and furnished with comfortable furniture, perfect for relaxing. Absolutely 5 stars in every category—we will definitely come back again!

Прекрасная квартира с отличным видом на горы и море, в квартире есть абсолютно все для комфортной жизни и отдыха, парой, одному или с детьми. Хозяева квартиры были к нам очень добры, внимательны и гостепримны, наверное лучше придумать просто невозможно. Однозначно рекомендую!

Eleonora's apartment had a great view, a comfortable bed, and was quiet. I enjoyed my stay there and highly recommend it.

Diana was super responsive and even installed some blackout curtains at our request. The apartment is equipped for a long stay and was pleasant to rest in and the check-in went flawlessly. The location is close to the beach and has stores and restaurants all around for all needs. Thank you again for being so nice.

Apartment is very clean and in a good location. Walking distance from most attractions. Maia is super friendly and responsive and neighborhood is very friendly as well. We were a family of five and found the apartment suitable for all of our needs
