Perfect central location for our beach holiday. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go or just chill on the deck in the peaceful surroundings. We had a wonderful time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Eddy's home. It had everything we needed for our summer holiday. The team were also very responsive to messages and requests for help. Would recommend staying there if you're looking for a spacious family home, that is well equipped and managed, in Bushmans River.

Wonderful venue for a large family. The accommodation is clean and well equipped with board games, books and DSTV to keep all entertained in the event of bad weather. We made plenty of use of the balcony on the first floor which has a beautiful setting overview Seafield. Instructions given by the host regarding access etc is very informative and we did not need for anything. A big thank you to the host and strong reccomend for those wanting to have an enjoyable stay with the family near the coast.

The place was lovely and had a to-die-for view. We could hear the sound of the ocean at night which was just amazing. The house is well kept and has all the convenient amenities. I would most definitely recommend the place to any family wanting to stay in Port Alfred .

Great location and value for money for a larger group. Gorgeous views from the deck and an easy walk down to the river. We loved it!

Sally’s home was everything we imagined and more! Hosting us as a family of 8-10, we had ample space, plenty of bedrooms, an amazing outdoor area with a braai and walkable distance to the beach! Sally was super helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend her house if you feel like a home away from home!

The host was very friendly and communicated timeously. The place was just as in the pictures, very neat and tidy. It was also easy to find, safe and secure. Comfortable too. Worth the price.

I was looking for a place to wind down and that is exactly what I got, what a wonderful and serene place in nature! I stayed 2 nights with Judy and Simon and I just got calm from the moment I walked in. The house is very homey and has everything you need for a great stay. What makes it unique and special however are the big windows and trees all around, giving you a feeling as you are in the forest! And above all you got a big veranda at all sides of the house where you can sit for hours looking at the most amazing view at the river, just listening to the birds. Kenton on Sea is also such a heartwarming spot with a very relaxed atmosphere, kind people, nice restaurants and beautiful nature! I only met Judy and the 2 wonderful dogs; she communicated very well and gave me a very warm and kind welcome :) Judy & Simon, thank you so much for the wonderful stay at your wonderful place, where I hope to come back again!🙏

Awesome house! Would definitely book it again. Had everything we needed. Lovely garden, great outside area to have a braai and a meal. The beds were super comfy. The house felt very secure. We had a great stay!! Thank you Sally!

The house was a lovely cozy place that far exceeded our expectations. Everything was in working order, cleanliness was up to standard and the hosts were really great & available when needed. We had a wonderful family time in the space.

Ann, Rick and Sam are very welcoming and approachable. I consider myself lucky and decided stay a while longer. Would highly recommend this place if looking to enjoy a quiet green place that is just distant enough from the (small) centre of Grahamstown to escape its hustle and bustle, yet close enough to have all you will need within 5 minutes of driving.

This is probably the best view in the world! Thank you to Camilla for the beautiful house with literally anything that you may need. A clean house and a house that was designed to live in open spaces with beautiful views of both the river and the ocean. Camilla is very responsive, extremely helpful and very friendly. This was our 2nd time, looking forward to the third.

We had a most enjoyable Easter long weekend with the whole family. The house and its amenities exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this property and will definitely return in the future.

Patrick’s place was wonderful! The house was comfortable and cozy. The view was beautiful and serene. We enjoyed sitting in the garden each morning, drinking coffee and listening to the birds. Would definitely recommend his place and would love to stay there again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Such a close walk to blue flag beach. The apartment far exceeded our expectations. Kimmy was friendly and full of information about the area. We absolutely loved our stay and look forward to returning one day.

beautiful house on the banks of the river. comfortable even for a big family. spacious ,with modern finishes. loved the canoeing kids loved the nearby beach approx 1.2km from the house as well. nearest good shop is in port alfred though we didn't need anything in our 3 days . time went so fast wish we could start it all again lol.

We loved our stay at Robyn's place - it was beautiful and peaceful and just what we needed to relax, unwind and connect.

Dide has a lovely little cottage in her backyard that suits everything we needed for a short trip in Kleinemonde. Dide was also very responsive and a brilliant host. I’m looking forward to staying here again in the future.

We had such a great stay. We liked that it had multiple living areas and spaced out rooms which gave each family their privacy, including bathrooms. Rob's place has a lived-in feel which makes you feel right at home.
