Great location for exploring the southern part of the island. We had a great stay and definitely recommend this condo!

One of the nicest AirBNB’s I’ve stayed in. Kitchen is fully, and I mean FULLY stocked. So many DVDs to watch. Pool room is a blast. Lots of toys and beach equipment. Board games. AC works great. WiFi is fast. Patio is clean and comfortable. Coffee tastes/works great. 75/10 rating

Our stay at Jon's condo was AMAZING!!!!!! The entire property is so beautiful and so well maintained. The amount of flowers are so beautiful! The condo is perfect from the minute you walk in! The view out the slider of the beautiful grass area that flows right on to the beach and ocean was spectacular!! There's absolutely everything you need in the condo and it is beautiful. We felt right at home the minute we walked in! In less than a 5 minute walk there's the Lava Lava Beach Club for dining and cocktails on the beach. They have live music in the evening which we really enjoyed. Also the Coconut Marketplace is just another few minutes past Lava Lava. There's restaurants and shops were great. Whatever you do you Must have a Shave Ice at JoJo's! The best! We would certainly stay there again and are looking forward to a return visit!! Mahalo Jon and Sabrina!!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was amazing—close to everything we needed. The condo itself was very nice, with a spacious kitchen and a clean, nice bathroom that made our stay extra comfortable. Having easy access to laundry was super convenient—just note that the machines are coin operated. Parking was a little tricky at first, but Krisy responded quickly and was very helpful. Overall, we really appreciated staying here and would happily recommend it to anyone!

Danielle’s place perfectly matched the pictures and description. Nicely updated interior, clean and modern, completely free of any clutter. It was wonderful waking up to the sunrise over the ocean every morning. A fun little hike to the secluded beach. The community pool was quiet and relaxing with a nice view of the ocean thrown in. All and all a great place and nice locale for all that surrounded the area.

Really enjoyed our stay at Margaret’s place as our base to visit Kauai. It is conveniently located to explore the island. Matt was always responsive to my inquiries, and provided insightful tips for exploring the island. Bikes, snorkeling gears, beach gears were all available without any additional costs! Luggage lockers are available for early arrivals and post-checkout. We will definitely stay here next time when we visit Kauai again.

We loved our stay here. My wife & I were both impressed with the room itself - great kitchen with new appliances , convenient coffee bar, spacious bathroom and shower, and very nice to have in-unit laundry with detergent supplied for us! The place also had all the beach gear you could need. Then, the resort amenities were top notch. Great pool & hot tub, lovely fire pit seating area with spectacular views, and great activities available like tennis and pickleball. There’s a bit of a walk down to the beach, but the resort offers complimentary golf cart rides that were always quickly accessible for us if we didn’t want to walk. And, getting down to the beach was absolutely worth it - gorgeous views! We will hope to be back again!

Perfect place for us to stay while traveling for work. The house was comfortable and spacious and the hosts were excellent!

The listing doesn’t do it justice. Great spot with a great view of the ocean. We saw a humpback whale breach while sitting on the deck. No AC but the portable unit in the master bedroom was great to have. Sleeping in the second bedroom would be hot without it. Definitely recommend.

Would stay here again!! Location is great, the airbnb was so nice and well furnished. They even had a hair diffuser which was so sweet because I forgot mine ! They helped us right away when I accidentally locked myself out of the airbnb. Place was clean, so nice, one of my favorite airbnbs! Amazing hosts.

This unit was great! Parking, A/C, the chairs, location, amenities, everything. We couldn’t get the beach umbrella open/operational when we took it to the beach, but we’ve never used one before so it’s 50/50 on if it was broken or if it was user error. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

This place is fantastic for two couples or a family of 4. Every, I mean every, day we woke up sat on the deck with our coffee and watched the whales go buy😎 Only critique is it needs some updating

Vangie's place and remote hospitality were absolutely perfect for our stay. First, she reached out a week before to confirm and offer tips for our stay, including recommendations of the overrated tourist places to avoid. I asked several questions and had extremely quick replies. As for the location, we loved Poipu and Old Koloa Town more than other options on the island. Many more real-feeling and reasonably priced restaurants and shops compared to Princeville or Coconut Marketplace areas. Shipwreck Beach (which you can see) isn't a swimming beach, but great to hang out and at least get your legs wet. And finally, the place was so great. The view is exactly as pictured, and you hear the waves. The pool was great for our teenage boys when we weren't at the beach. Boogie Boards, beach chairs, snorkel gear, and plenty of beach towels available. That hanging chair was wonderful in the mornings watching the sun rise. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Kauai

I enjoyed our stay. Sometimes parking could be somewhat annoying after 8pm but we never not found a spot, sometimes it just wasn’t as close to our lodging. The place was clean and as advertised. The beach equipment was very useful!

Guys, everything was perfect! Princeville is nice and quaint. We took a walk through the golf course area and enjoyed all the trees/scenery. Parking is very close to the unit and Ryan is very responsive. The place is pristine and had everything we needed

Perfect condo located in Princeville! This condo was in a great location that was close by to everything (restaurants, beaches, Hanalei!!!) but still very quiet and relaxing. The bed was very comfy and kitchen was the perfect size with everything we needed. There are food trucks to walk to, and this was a beautiful place for walking with stunning views. I will definitely be coming back here and would stay in this condo again :)

Stayed here for a week to celebrate my anniversary with my girlfriend Erick place was easy to find and we had a great time! Everything was spotless and beautiful we would most definitely be coming back KAUI IS A BEAUTIFUL 🏝️!!!

Great location on Kauai. Very well maintained condo and larger community. The check in was a bit of a hassle (the property management did not have details of our stay) and there were additional fees we had to pay upon arrival that we overlooked in the fine print of the listing description.

We had such a great time here! The location in Kapa’a is perfect—right in the middle of the island, so it was easy to explore both the north and south shores and Waimea Canyon. The nearby Coconut Marketplace is convenient, and I recommend the Tuesday and Thursday farmers market in the parking lot. We grabbed local produce, bread, and butter mochi, and the kitchen was just the right size for making fresh meals. The place was clean, nicely updated and cozy and comfortable home base. We slept well. Allen was super friendly and responsive leading up to our trip, and even gave us a quick call to make sure everything was going well. We also appreciated having beach chairs, a cooler, umbrella, and even a cart—it made beach days super easy. As a younger couple, we loved the slower pace and small-town feel of Kauai after being in Honolulu for a wedding. Nothing felt too far away, and I’d recommend it to anyone wanting a cozy and convenient spot. We would book again!

I honestly can’t think of a better location to stay in Kauai. Kapaa is ideally located for traveling either north or south and a short distance from Lihue. The condo is right on the beach across a short walkway and the view is spectacular. We loved the sound of the waves in the night. Also, it’s next to the pool and a 2 minute walk from restaurants and stores. Josie was super responsive to our questions and everything went smoothly. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!

Great place! The area is very scenic and walkable with the beach steps away! We loved watching the waves and walking along the beach. The lanai had some nice views as well & it is very peaceful to sit there in the evenings :) This place was perfect for just the two of us and we had what we needed to enjoy our time in Kauai! I would add that the chickens congregate in the area and tend to make their voices heard come early morning (very common in Kauai I believe) - light sleepers might want to consider some loops or ear plugs :) Thanks Bryant & Jane!
