Vacation rentals with a patio in Makaha Valley

We had a great stay. The place is cozy, has a great view and amenities and supplies. It is in great location, close enough to everything in waikiki but away enough to not deal with the busy and louder areas. Great host who was very informative, accomodating, detailed and gave alot of recommendations.

Catherine was very responsive and accommodating! Would definitely book with her again for another staycation :)

Elina's place is great for families with little kids. We had very easy access to the beach, pool, and lagoon. Pretty much everything a parent would want. The apartment was very clean, and easy to access (it's right next to all the elevators and laundry room!). The beach chairs, toys, and sunshade were a nice touch. Would definitely stay at her place again in the future.

Second time was a charm. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Great location! Impeccable accommodations! Amazing hosts! What else could you ask for? For some specifics, the building is in a great location just minutes from the beach and Waikīkī restaurants. The studio itself is clean, nicely decorated, and the bed is super comfortable. Fantastic views of diamond head and the ocean from the balcony. Can’t wait for the third time around!!

Excellent location. Close to beach , restaurants and everything. Very walkable. The hosts even provide beach umbrellas, chairs and a wagon to haul them. The unit is also nicely managed. Communication is great. Recommended for family vacations!

We had a very nice stay in Jared’s place. We had everything we needed, it was clean and comfortable. The views were also great! Easily walkable to the beach and shops.

Charles Place was perfect for for my family. The outdoor space was amazing , we sat outside almost every day to enjoy the beautiful weather, view, and we loved the BBQ and fire pit to sit around. All bathrooms were stocked with stuff that you sometimes forget on vacation. The beds were very comfy. Kitchen was very modern. We loved the water filter attached to the sink this made it easy for us to get water at anytime. The space comes along with plenty of beach supplies for 8 people which was very nice. The local beach was only a 5 minute drive from the property. Not a lot of restaurants but honestly the drive around the island was beautiful which distracted you from the drive time. Charles is an amazing responsive host which made it very easy to express any questions we had . We will definitely stay again if we come back to this island. Thanks for the great stay !

We had the best time here. So close to Waimea Bay which became our fav beach, it was less than a 10 min walk! Absolutely wonderful place to stay, also very kind and helpful host!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless and beautifully maintained, with a really nice, cozy atmosphere. It’s tucked away in a private location, making it the perfect spot for a peaceful retreat. The beach is just a short drive away, which was a huge plus for us. The host, Emma, was incredibly communicative and friendly, always available to answer any questions or offer recommendations. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, quiet getaway in Hawaii!

We had a great stay in Kailua! The house is very comfortable, and it’s only a couple minutes walk to the Kalamas beach access. When not at the beach (with the chairs, towels, boogie boards, and toys provided) or eating Island Snow, the kids loved playing in the yard and the play room, and watching movies in the living room. We ended up staying mostly in Kailua and Lanikai for beaches, shopping, and restaurants, with one morning at the botanical gardens in Kaneohe and one at Haunama Bay, and an afternoon at Bishop Museum after check-out. We’d love to stay here again, in this well-appointed and clean house with hosts who responded to our questions and provided clear guidance on the check-in and check-out process.

Stella’s home was absolutely lovely and had everything we needed. We had a small issue with the booking at first, but Stella handled it promptly and professionally. Check-in was smooth, and she continued to provide excellent care throughout our stay. I truly hope future guests feel confident booking this home—it’s a peaceful, well-managed place to stay.

We loved the place. It was a little confusing getting to the place since all the surrounding streets have the same name, but once we found it, it was amazing! Perfect for us!

This place as such a beautiful place to stay. We had some of our granddie kiddos and children and it was just perfect. Fantastic location and close to Turtle Bay. It has a beautiful walking path to a beach where we swam with lots of turtles. So many gorgeous beaches and hikes around this area and some yummy food trucks are close by. The place has 3 beach chairs, assorted snorkel gear and beach towels. Joel was super quick and responsive with any questions we asked. We all were so grateful to stay in this absolutely lovely condo! The view was wonderful as shown in the photos. The❗️ sunset was perfectly visible and beautiful, and I was soothed every day. It was very convenient to walk to both Ala Moana and the beach.

Annie’s place is lovely and quaint. Perfect getaway for two. Location was perfect due to the fact that you are a block away from all of the main streets that contain all the restaurants and shops. My wife and I enjoyed our meals out on the balcony that had a nice view of the mountains, channel, and partial ocean view. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation near Waikiki Beach! The room was spacious and bright, with modern decor, and it was just a short walk to the beach, making the location very convenient. The host was warm and friendly, providing plenty of recommendations for local food and activities. Enjoying the sea breeze on the balcony every morning was our favorite time. Highly recommend this accommodation and can’t wait to come back!

Lyndsey’s place was in a lovely, peaceful location but close to lots of great places to eat and fabulous beaches. There were lots of handy extras like snorkels and beach chairs. The pool was right outside the suite too which was perfect. Great spot for a family visiting Turtle Bay.

I had a great time here. The unit was exactly as advertised, clean and comfortable with a nice view of the pool and canal. The location was perfect being a short walk to lots of shops and food options. My needs were all met prior to staying and Jayden and team were very communactive. They seemed ready and willing to help if anything came up during my stay.

I stayed at Jayden’s apartment in Waikiki and had a genuinely great experience. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and exactly like the photos, maybe even better in person. It was spacious, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The highlight for me was the view, it was stunning. The location couldn’t have been better. It’s right in the heart of Waikiki, so getting to the beach, restaurants, shops, and local attractions was super convenient. Despite being close to everything, the apartment felt quiet and private, which was great for winding down after a day out. Jayden was a great host: clear communication, easy check-in, and quick to respond to any questions. Everything was smooth from start to finish. Overall, this was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo by the Ala Wai Canal! The location is perfect—just a short walk to Waikiki Beach and all the great local shops and restaurants. The condo is clean and comfortable, with modern kitchen appliances and cozy beds. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches like the portable beach chairs and umbrella—they came in so handy. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning, with a clear view of both the canal and Waikiki Beach. One morning, we even saw a double rainbow from the balcony looking out toward the beach—it was magical! The host was incredibly responsive, and their team always replied within a minute, making everything smooth and stress-free. I’d definitely love to come back!
