It’s a beautiful place with great location. The property is at a walking distance from the beach. Very peaceful and lots of restaurants / cafés at walkable distance. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Thanks to Sheetal and Maria for all the help related to check-in, arranging for airport transfers and making our stay memorable. I am definitely going to come to this place if I am in Goa.

Sophie is definitely a wonderful person and her place was extremely immaculate. As my future wife and I were traveling for 9 days Sophie was heaven sent. She is extremely responsive and went up and beyond her means to make us comfortable. The only regret we had was we didn’t spend enough time at her place as we were headed back to Delhi on Monday. I would say the villa reminds me a lot of Ocho Rios. They have 2 swimming pools on the property. I will definitely be back in 2025 mark my words. Sophie also has many books to read. She goes the extra mile for her guests. There is a kitchen available so you can go to the grocery store and back if you don’t want to dine out. If you do be sure to go to Mike’s Place they have the best vibe in Cavelossim Beach. So sad Reggae Haven was not open at the time. Best time to go to Goa is December - January. Lucious beach across the street about 3 minute walk. Be sure to check out all the stalls before buying if you are looking for something special.

We are a family of 9 and this villa was amazing from the size to the location, it had everything the cleaner was lovely and we had clean towels every day. There is a pool on site just one min away. We would recommend this villa to large families, beautiful scenic location, great air con in every room. Kitchen well equipped but we only just used the glasses as so many great restaurants in walking distance to eat.

We stayed at the property to spend new year with family and we had people of all ages, everyone felt like they were home. It's well spaced and has enough room. Kids and elders enjoyed the pool dips. The host and housekeepers are polite and respond immediately. It was a smooth transition from entry to exit. Thank you for hosting us. One suggestion - keeping tubes or pool noodles would be nice.

Lovely spacious air conditioned villa with beautiful views over the river. Great location with shops and restaurants only a few minutes walk away and the gated complex has a pool. The pool only has a few sun beds which isn’t ideal so we didn’t use it. Walking distance to the beach, although you can get transport from Mikes place round the corner to Mikes beach shack which is great. Villa is a little dated but spacious and clean. We arrived late at night and Uday had arranged a little welcome pack for us which was really helpful. The villa is cleaned daily. Would recommend.

Fantastic experience, 100% exceeded the expectations. The house and its area are gorgeous and very well maintained. There are a lot of space for all family members allowing to both work and enjoy the stay. Divya and Arunabh are super hosts, very responsive and ready to help. Truly "like home" experience. Looking forward to staying there in the future.
