The apartment is simply wonderful! Extremely clean, well decorated and with everything working perfectly. The location is also excellent, especially for those who go to events at Expo Center Norte - super practical and easy to get to. We went to a graduation party and the stay was perfect in every way. The hostess was always very quick and attentive in the answers, making us very comfortable and safe during the stay. I recommend it with my eyes closed and I would definitely host again!!!

Gustavo is a very polite, helpful host. Beautiful apartment as in the photos, new, good paint, beautiful furniture, everything clean, bathroom with warm water, super tidy and beautiful. 2 stars, but the window is dangerous for those with children, and the mattress of the box bed is very old, super sunken, we slept very badly on it, I woke up with back pain. Very nice apartment, great location, easy to get Uber, receive delivery. The concierge staff is very confusing, even though I sent the photo for faster check-in, it took a while, and every time I left, I needed to keep identifying myself. The location has no parking space. I had to find a parking spot and pay a separate fee.

It's close to the airport, the place is clean, and everything is well-equipped. I have to conduct an online lecture, and the internet speed is fast and there are no interruptions. The host was kind and considerate. I extended my stay because I liked everything. It's very good for long stays.

My family and I loved our stay at Chácara Gratidão. Everything matched the description and more! The extremely equipped house and the pool are a show apart. I had never eaten pomegranate from the tree: delicious!! We especially loved the fact that it had a well-equipped laundry room with a dryer, it helped a lot! And speaking of the host, we couldn't have had a better one! Extremely proactive and available for anything, in addition to great directions, she was always ready to help us. The only difficulty was getting to the house, we got caught in a rain that ended up making the road a little more dangerous, but if you don't go by your own car, Diana has recommendations for great drivers around the city! We loved it and plan to come back!

The house is super organized, clean and has it all! It is equipped with kitchen, towels, furniture, washing machine, among others. In addition, it is close to everything: markets, ice cream shops, pharmacies, salons… you can do everything on foot. Cinthia is a lovely person and is always willing to help. I really enjoyed it!

The house is wonderful, clean, well cared for and with all the utensils needed for the stadia, plus a breathtaking view and lots of leisure. Ricardo and the homemade Eduardo are polite, attentive and helpful. It is well worth it.

The location is mt good, close to everything! The apartment is all equipped, super cozy. The house was clean and smelling, a care that makes all the difference. Arthur was always very accessible, responded super fast to all questions. I really enjoyed the experience and would definitely come back more often!

The apartment was very well-located. The bed was comfortable. Giovanni was super-helpful and answered questions very quickly. When we got to the apartment, there was some work being done on the laundry room which made it unusable but Giovanni arranged an alternative very quickly that we were not charged for. A++
