We love the property, the house is well located, with enough beds for our family, well-equipped leisure area, barbecue, ping pong table. We didn't use the pool because it was raining and cold, but we used the fire pit and made a fire the 3 days we stayed. We simply love and intend to return. And a super important detail, the owner is Corinthian and that already deserves 5 stars.

We went in 4 couples and two children and the house served us very well. It is in a gated community, secure and at the very top of the condominium. But as it is all asphalt it is quiet to arrive. It is important to take everything because there is no market nearby, just a little convenience store at the beginning of the condominium. The house is very large, new TVs, new refrigerators, new stove. The house was clean, the grass cut, and the garden and pool lighting at night are quite beautiful. There are two houses on the same plot, one very close to the other what we think is great!! It had all the comfort we needed and Elvis welcomed us very well upon arrival!! Felipe tb was a great host. It's not close to the city but my family and I really liked the condominium and the house. I recommend!!

Magnificent kitchen, all electronics described in excellent working order, dishes, pots and cutlery in perfect conditions of use. 1st house I rent with extremely well-preserved and clean oven and microwave. Great shower, no trickle of water or water everywhere except down. Well-kept beds and comfortable mattresses. Well-structured home office, fast internet. We didn't turn on the TV, but it's big and modern. Delivery available through the app. Close to the Serra da Cantareira shopping center with restaurants and shops. Safe residential condominium. Fenced outdoor area, my dogs enjoyed it very much. A breathtaking view of the woods at any time of day. Despite the cold, we did not leave the balcony, with hammocks and a sun lounger. I am very grateful, not only for the quick and cordial service in all the host's responses, but also for the delicacy in the details left by the house. I felt welcomed.

Chris was an incredible host. Communicating every step of the way and even going out of her way to assist in finding me an accessory I forgot to bring with me. She made the trip stress free and was very responsive to all my questions! I would rent from Chris again without hesitation!!!

The property is a good size for two people and has good solutions for using the space. The night view is incredible and worth keeping in the trip records. The condominium where it is located (All Aclimação) has a good structure and is quite new and organized. About the neighborhood, I had never stayed in Aclimação, in São Paulo, but it will be my base from now on. The surroundings of the property are very quiet and the temperature is milder than in the rest of the city.

This is the second time I've stayed at this location. Great location, near the airport. Clear communication with hosts. I'd like to highlight the parking space, which I think is a good differential. I recommend it!

We stayed with 4 friends in the house and everyone loved the stay. There is nothing boring about Veronica's charming penthouse apartment. You are surrounded by books, art, artifacts, an extraordinary hand-carved Ganesh door. Everything about it is comfortable, and also unexpected. It has the most interesting layout of probably any apartment that I've stayed at, with the kitchen a part of the terrace, the unusual ordering of the rooms. So, if you are looking for a warm, good-vibed, well located, and well-cared for apartment with a large terrace in the best neighborhood of São Paulo, you'd have a hard time finding a better one than this.
