The space has a living room and dining area, and one full bedroom. The building is very central, and in a safe Santiago Centro location. Besides being only half a block from Santa Lucia metro station, you can easily walk to many tourist attractions around Santiago, the closest being the Cerro Santa Lucía Park, the National Library, and Barrio Lastarria.

It is located 3 blocks from the subway, with all the amenities required for a good stay. It is not a place with a bohemian lifestyle, so resting is pleasant.
