Fully equipped house. Responsive host. We had a very large van which was a problem getting into designated parking gate. We would stay again but we would arrive in a much smaller vehicle. The view was amazing.

The truth is that everything was in perfect order and clean. very well located, quiet and above all the security that the neighborhood provided.

David’s place is super cozy — it really feels like home! The location in Barrio Italia is amazing, with everything you need just around the corner. It was our first time visiting Santiago for tourism, and staying here made it even more special. David was always kind, helpful, and full of great recommendations. I totally recommend this place and would definitely come back!

I stayed for a week, the place was comfortable and clean, we were two people and we each had their privacy. I was able to walk to iconic places in the city from the accommodation, close to the metro too, it felt quiet and at home. Definitely a good place to stay!

We had a wonderful experience at this home. It is spacious, very clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are large and cozy, with everything you need to avoid the cold. Something we really appreciated was that there was food available for sale, which was ideal since we arrived late and didn't get to buy anything. The setting is beautiful, very quiet and easily accessible. The host, Carla, was incredibly kind and responded promptly to all our inquiries, helping us at all times. Their attention made a big difference in our stay. We would definitely come back. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay in Santiago. I felt very safe in the area and the surroundings had many things to offer. The place is within walking distance from numerous coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets.

Great spot that was accurately described. guille was very nice and responsive. The neighborhood is noisy at night as there are lots of bars and clubs in the area, I would bring ear plugs, Guille also provided them which was very kind. Overalls, recommend this place!

The accommodation was very nice and Mariela's service was very good, very proactive and very nice, the location was excellent for doing business since everything is close.

The loft is exactly as it appears in the photos. At a perfect temperature, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and quiet stay: towels, hair dryer, dishes and full cutlery, cleaning and toilet products, various appliances, TV in the living room and in the bedroom... it even had cards to entertain yourself playing. It has a beautiful view, direct to the funicular of Cerro San Cristóbal, surrounded by restaurants and with businesses just a step away. Tidy and clean, minimalist and practical. The concierges are very friendly. During the day the area is very quiet, at night the nightlife reigns, which for us was not a problem. I would definitely come back.

Beautiful place, we wish we could have stayed longer. Super friendly host, everything was in perfect condition and he helped us with the operation of the clay pot. 🙌🏻 The most adorable thing is the dogs and kittens at the reception 😅❤️

We stayed in the apartment for a week and felt at home! We loved the space and everything around it. Right below there is a mini market that helps a lot, and on the street there are restaurants as well. We think the region is quiet and so are the neighbors. Building staff are super helpful. Thank you Diego and Patricia. You guys are great hosts.

The stay was excellent, Alejandro is a very quiet host and responds very quickly, the location of the apartment is very good, in front of the shop there mondial chocolate, close to the subway is easy to get around to anywhere.

Erica and Claudia's place is exactly as shown in the photos, with an emphasis on the spectacular view from the balcony to the Cordillera Mountains. The baths at the end of a day of hiking were an extra gift, and the condominium laundry was very useful as well. The location is excellent, with several tourist spots a short walk away, such as Plaza de Armas and Palacio de La Moneda, as well as museums and the Cathedral of Santiago. We did a lot on foot without any problems. There are also cafes and grocery stores nearby for quick shopping, and a subway station 2 blocks away to access the most distant places. Just like the center of any capital, you need to be careful when walking on the street and especially when using your cell phone, but for those who have walked in São Paulo, you will not see great differences. It was definitely worth every penny paid, and when we return to Santiago we will use Erica's space again if it is available!

I loved the stay! The apartment was spotless, clean, beautiful and extremely functional! The very complete kitchen helped a lot, with all the accessories available for cooking and reducing travel costs! The bedding was comfortable and warm in the cold, and the bathroom had everything you needed! Plenty of space to store clothes and objects! It is close to the Irarrázaval subway and under the building itself there is a grocery store that works until dawn! There are also other larger and very useful markets nearby, as well as being next to the Itália neighborhood, which has many wonderful and not so expensive restaurants! I will certainly rent again when I return to Chile!

I had a great experience, a very clean and organized place, full kitchen. Great location in downtown Santiago, close to supermarkets, cafes, and more. Matias was helpful in serving us. Perfect stay!!

Excellent place. Highly recommended We traveled from the region and it was the best, as it is close to the Movistar Arena and for people who come to concerts this is great!!!!!

The stay was very pleasant, the apartment was impeccable, with all the necessary amenities. Recommended for those looking for a short but comfortable stay.

I felt comfortable, Angel was always available friendly and helpful. I was happy that drinking water and some basic food was provided. The area was central but not so modern yet there are many small shops nearby. Although it was a mid-range neighborhood, many homeless people live there during the day that wasn't a problem because there were always people on the street but at night I sometimes preferred to take one for safety as a woman alone. As a couple or as a group, that's not a problem. The apartment has a great value for money I enjoyed the view from the balcony to the mountains very much, found everything needed and would absolutely recommend the apartment.

It was a great stay, Michael always provided all the necessary information and recommendations to get to the destination. The people at the front desk were super friendly and very nice, I would like to return in the future with my partner since we felt at home and relaxed.

Super cozy, clean and safe apartment. Met all our requirements. Quiet street despite being in a busy area, there was no noise at night. I would definitely stay there again next time.
