The first parts of the property were built in 1824. The suite (approx. 0 square meters) with veranda (16 square meters) was added and expanded in 2007. The rooms are lovingly furnished and offer everything your heart desires: cozy hours in front of the fireplace in winter, and relaxed evenings with a glass of wine on the veranda in summer. When furnishing, we placed emphasis on a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. The suite offers tranquility and the fully glazed fireplace room invites you to dream.

Cosy Appartement in Eltville with garden

The flat is located in Eltville near the vineyards, in walking distance (20 min walking, 5 min by bike) to the river Rhein and the picturesque village. The flat has access to a spacious garden (a summer kitchen/ lounge area) as well as a patio at the entrance. Inside you will find a bedroom (1 single and 1 double bed) as well as a desk for remote working. The living room/kitchen has an additional sofa bed fo two people. We always loved to travel and enjoy hosting people from around the world.

Welcome to our cozy country house idyll in Flomborn! Together with our two children and two rabbits, Roman and I live in the old natural stone house with a beautiful garden and rent out our adjoining apartment with a view of the countryside. Since we like to travel with Airbnb ourselves - preferably to the North Sea, as our furnishing style sometimes shows - we are now looking forward to guests ourselves! No matter if you are travelling for business or simply taking few days off with your family - you will find here peace, tranquillity and possibly to get really close to the nature, . Build in 2022 holiday apartment, has fully equipped kitchen, beautifully designed living room, en-suite bedroom and a gallery (max. gallery hight 1.7m). Our garden is still under construction but there is a direct access to fields and forests.

Cozy little vacation nest above the Moselle

Small beautiful apartment in our historic farm. Our district is idyllically and quietly located above the Moselle and is a perfect starting point for motorcycle/bicycle/hiking tours/boat trips or simply to relax. The Traumpfade, various castles, the Moselle Valley, the Maifeld, as well as Koblenz and Cochem are easily reached. Our small but fine nest is equipped with everything to feel comfortable. Motorcycles/bicycles can be safely stored.

A few minutes walk from Mainz main station, this place to stay is in close proximity to wine bars, restaurants and other shops that invite you to linger. Since there is no window, the unit is only suitable for short overnight stays in Mainz. Total air conditioning and ventilation makes the stay very comfortable. WiFi is not available yet. The discount stores are open until 10 pm and even after that there are still kiosk sales spots

Our "Ferienwohnung Guldental" is a fully furnished and equipped with a modern kitchen in-law. It has a floor space of about 42 m² and has a seperate entrance. Spacious windows bring natural light into the apartment designed for one to two people. Beautiful hours under the open sky you can enjoy on the spacious terrace. Guldental is a typical wine-growing community near and offers many opportunities for leisure activities.

We look forward to seeing you and offer a small but very fine apartment with double bed, bathroom and seating (size about 30 square meters). Your view goes into our quiet garden with a nice seat in front of the apartment. Mainz city center and Wiesbaden and Frankfurt are easily accessible. Quick access to the motorway and public transport. Separate entrance, TV and Wi-Fi are of course available.
