Nice and clean apartment. The renters responded quickly if there were any questions.

It was just beautiful. Andreas & Kathrin are wonderful hosts. You can only feel comfortable there. I'd love to come back.

The place was easy to find and close to the station, conveniently located on the ground floor (I carry a lot of luggage so it's helpful to avoid stairs), and the room was very clean. I needed a blow drier which the host got within 15 mins and handed it over!

Very nice people, accommodation was small but very cozy and well equipped. Always happy to come back!

We gave our friends a couple's getaway shortly before the birth of the twins. The two were incredibly satisfied with the location, friendliness and tranquility that was given to them. Even with a booking problem on our part, the two were direct and committed in their assistance. Thank you very much for the opportunity and that you were able to meet the turtle 🐢 Otto, which the expectant mother especially raved about. The reason for our stay in the area was my son's surgery. Despite the rather serious occasion, we had a good time here. We were greeted with a fruit basket and generally the apartment was superbly equipped. The apartment was nice, clean and there was everything you need (even Netflix and Co!). Carla and Jacob are super accommodating and very friendly. Thank you for everything! We can absolutely recommend your apartment.

Warm and caring reception, host always available. We also particularly liked the many cookbooks on the bookshelf, and numerous tourist information was also available. We felt very comfortable, even if we could hardly use the wonderful garden due to the bad weather. Highly recommended!!!

The place was easy to find and check-in was easy. The location is wonderful, beautiful area and quiet. The space is modern and well-maintained. Many nice touches. Good mattress, very comfortable. Caroline and Carlo were friendly and questions could be answered quickly. We felt comfortable and we enjoyed everything very much. Well-located space

We felt very comfortable in Adrian's loft. There was everything we needed for our weekend stay. Our dog was also welcome. Adrian is a very accommodating host. We enjoyed the fact that we were able to use the sauna. Thank you for that! It was a relaxing time in beautiful surroundings.

Everything was as described. Great. Only the wifi is not very good, but probably due to the technical circumstances of the place. I'd love to come back.

Particularly pleasant for us were: the personal exchange; the spacious, modern apartment, well tempered on hot summer days; the fantastic roof terrace; the quiet location close to Kaiserpfalz, KunstForum, Burgkirche.
