The cottage is very easy to relax in. Bea and Moose were always friendly and helpful. We enjoyed being there very much as well as visiting local towns.

Weaver's Cottage National park

SueRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
One of best places we have ever stayed in. Looking out from the sun lounge at the hills, watching the birds, chickens and rabbits was lovely. Lovely walks in every direction from the door and further afield. Isobel and Paul were very friendly and gave us great suggestions including a great local music gig. We felt so peaceful and loved coming back after walking, to the lovely cosy cottage. A little piece of paradise

Bev’s place was beautifully appointed and the additional extras - milk, coffee/tea, snacks etc were much appreciated. Bev was helpful when asked for directions to a nearby church, managing to provide a postcode. We all felt very comfortable and relaxed here.

My second stay at Anne’s place and my husband’s third. Great base to visit family and very convenient for shops, cafes and pubs/restaurants in the village. Family staying with us appreciated the ground floor access and low profile shower tray.

Craigiedows Cottage, Strathdon

CamillaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Craigiedows is a very special place to stay. The cottage itself was charming; super cosy and well equipped, especially for kids. And the location was just wonderful - it’s very remote and nestled in the mountains, surrounded by hares and oyster catchers, lapwings. We had glorious weather and so enjoyed a lot of time walking and cycling in the countryside. We would love to come back!
