Perfect! Very easy access, parking right outside the door. Warm welcome. Well heated house, good bedding, very quiet. Very clean. bedrooms on the first and second floors. Toilet on the ground floor and on the first floor, book without hesitation.

We stayed 3 nights at Catherine's during a visit to Puy du Fou. The house is beautiful, cozy, tastefully decorated. We felt right at home there. The terrace and small garden are a real plus and very nice for having breakfast or enjoying the barbecue. 😊 I highly recommend this listing.

Wonderful home base for exploring Angers. Highly recommend. Location was amazing for being able to walk to downtown core. A block from the river where get a stunning view of the cathedral. Many restaurants in the area.

Savennieres is a charming village and Richard and Ira's house is perfect for discovering the region of Angers and its banks of the Loire.
