Permitted! - Hawaiian Princess 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath end unit penthouse. There is no better ocean view on the westside of the island than from the lanai of this condo. Watch turtles, dolphins and in the winter, whales from this amazing view. Two brand new split level air conditioners, in the living room, and in the bedroom. Very comfortable. Hawaii’s Best Kept Secret: The cottage is next to sandy coves, driftwood, shells, and forested pastures filled with polo ponies. The ocean is excellent for snorkeling and fishing; there are two surf breaks within one mile, windsurfers get wind most afternoons, and the mountains behind us offer good hiking trails.
