We stayed with our son, who is planning to take the junior high school exam.I usually live in Hokkaido, so it was difficult to withstand the summer heat, but because it is in a great location, a 1-minute walk from Nishikasai Station, I was able to go to school with peace of mind. The room was very sophisticated and very comfortable!I was always looking forward to coming back.The kitchen was by no means spacious, but there was a rice cooker, refrigerator, and stove, and there was plenty of easy self-catering.I was able to air conditioning and ventilation, and there was a bathroom dryer, so I used it every day.It was a very comfortable life. The internet was not an optical line, but it was faster and more comfortable to use than I expected. There was a copy and scanning service at Family Mart right next door, and an Amazon locker, which was reassuring for students. There are many convenient convenience stores, supermarkets, and families around Nishikasai Station, so there was no trouble eating.Especially the ramen shop across the street was my son's big favorite. My son suddenly had a fever in the last week of his stay, but there was a family clinic in Aeon about a 10-minute walk away.I didn't use it in the end, but I think it is a very safe factor for a family stay. I'm so glad I chose this room this time!I think I had the best choice.

Our family of four (two adults and two kids that are 1 and 4 years old) had a nice stay at Tomoko’s place. The place is small, but it is clean and just enough space for us and our girls. The airbnb was within comfortable walking distance to the market and food. Tomoko was super accommodating and responsive to our inquiries.

I had an incredible stay here during my trip to Tokyo! The location was perfect—just a short walk to a bus stop that takes you directly to Disney in only 20 minutes, making it super convenient for park visits. The hosts were exceptionally responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. I loved the personal touch of a handwritten note upon arrival and the clear, easy-to-follow instructions with photos on how to enter the building. It made everything stress-free from the start. The apartment was fully stocked with everything I could need—kitchen items, toiletries, and more—making it feel like a true home away from home. One of the highlights was when the hosts kindly showed me where to see the beautiful Sakura trees in the park next to the train station before I left. Their warmth and attentiveness really made the stay special. If you're planning a trip to Tokyo, especially to one of the Disney parks, I highly recommend this Airbnb.
