Small Paradise above the Walensee

Guests have a separate apartment with their own kitchen, bath and living room but they share the same entrance to the house with the owner. All the surroundings of the house can be used by the guests. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, electric stove, cooking utilities (inclusive herbs, vinegar and oil) cutlery and tableware. Food needs to be brought by the guests. The nearest store is a 30min drive away. A Fondue-Set is available upon request. There is also a Nespresso machine inclusive capsuls and an open fire place right next to the house. The main bedroom includes a double bed (1.40m) and there is another separate room with a single bed, inclusive bedding. The bathroom comes with towels, shampoo, shower gel and a hair dryer.

Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. During construction, great attention was paid to quality, regionality and above all longevity, as well as attention to detail – these are the ingredients that make our cottage so unique! The middle room with living room/dining room and kitchen is very bright with a view of Sargans Castle. The upper seating area offers a great panoramic view of the castle and Mount Gonzen. The guest apartment is ideal for 2–5 people. Large double bed downstairs, bunk bed and single bed in the upstairs room. Use of hot tub, sauna and washing machine on request.

Welcome to the small oasis in the middle of Sargans. The studio is located in our single-family home in a quiet neighborhood in the center of Sargans. The cozy accommodation can accommodate 2 people. A comfortable sitting area, dining and work table, Delizio coffee machine, large double bed (180 x 200 cm) and private seating in the idyllic garden provide space and relaxation. Very centrally located, it is an ideal starting point for many activities and excursions.

In the recently renovated detached house with old charm but modern furnishings, you can feel comfortable at any time of the year. The pool offers the possibility to refresh yourself in warmer months. In winter, you are only 30 minutes away from two different ski resorts and the fireplace provides cozy warmth in the dining area and living room. In spring and autumn you can go hiking in the nearby mountains.

The mountain village of Fanas, in the canton of Grisons, lies at an altitude of almost 1000 m above sea level. The apartment that I rent to my vacation guests is located in a listed Sprecher House from 1677. A seat, in the visible courtyard right in front of the apartment, in a beautiful neighborhood of stable building and patrician house, is the beneficiary of my joy in the thriving of blooming nature.
