Designed with comfort in mind, this handmade Shepherds Hut comes with air fryer, log burner, dining space, private decking and garden and fully operational bathroom with lovely hot shower! This is unlike any other Shepherds Hut, with a retro steam punk vibe, plush cushions and comfy bed, you won't want to leave! We are dog friendly, however the garden is not 100% secure.

It has 3 velux windows (with blackout blinds) which open and overlook the garden. Quiet village location close to the Kings Head pub which offers breakfast, lunch and fine dining. Beautiful, recently renovated, detached stone cottage. Both bedrooms are en-suite, one with king sized bed the other twin zip and link beds, which can be used as a double if requested. Modern fully fitted kitchen diner and separate lounge. Free Wifi. Owners, Gill and Greg Harker live on site. Car parking for two cars. Stretton is 7 miles from Rutland Water, 8 miles from Oakham and 9 miles from Stamford and Burghley. Next door is the Jackson Stops Inn, which unfortunately has closed recently.

The Loft at Newnham Lodge

In the middle of our farm, the Loft is a detached, self-contained first floor apartment accessed via an external oak staircase. There are 2 bedrooms, a huge bathroom with free-standing bath and separate shower, a galley kitchen (two ring hob, microwave and combi oven/grill), and ample living space. The Loft sleeps a max of 4 people with either 2 superkings OR one superking and 2 singles. A cot is also available. There is a dining table, sofas with TV, and a flat-screen TV in each bedroom.

Pear Tree Cottage is a bright, south-facing recently renovated detached former barn located in the heart of the friendly village of Barby. Barby is a rural village just 5 minutes from Rugby, 25 minutes from Leamington Spa and with good access to the M1, M6 and A14. Pear Tree Cottage is a separate annex set across a courtyard from our family home. Both properties benefit from being setback from the road and surrounded by well-kept gardens and mature trees offering peace and privacy.

Brixworth has a long tradition of shoemaking. Cobblers Cottage was where shoes would have been made by homeworkers. The property has its own private balcony with far reaching countryside views. Situated in a colourful garden the cottage has its own access. The prize winning cook/owner provides a superb breakfast which is included. Dinner is available on request. Cobblers is located in an historic part of the village, within walking distance of shops and recreation facilities.

Tea, coffee and milk provided.

We have put a lot of care and attention into our unique log cabin, hot tub and private garden. Access is through our separate secure entrance to the bespoke garden. When inside feel free to enjoy a relaxing night under the stars, ideal for a couple or solo travellers. The Secret Corner is the perfect base to explore local areas including Woburn, Wrest Park and a short ride away to Flitwick Train Station with direct access to London St Pancras in less than an hour.
