We absolutely loved our stay at Courtney‘s house. The house is large, spacious and well stocked for everything that you need. The fire pit and the outdoor space is amazing. So close to the bird sanctuary and the main part of Newport. The house is incredibly well-maintained and clean.

Walking into this place was a breath of fresh air. Literally. From billowy curtains to magazine-worthy decor. Clean, clean, clean from top to bottom without heavily scented cleaners or air fresheners. Thick towels, thick rugs, shiny floors, mirror reflected light and beautiful farm land views. We didn't lack for anything. Perfection.

Great place! Very spacious and clean. Matthew was also very accommodating and provided us with very helpful instructions about how to get in, where things are, and wifi log-in info. The backyard and frontyard were also great for our dog to explore around. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back another time.

very cute, cozy, and private airbnb. easy parking & the space had everything we needed - extra towels, washer & dryer, coffee - even decaf k cups, extra blankets, roku tv, hooks, etc. it was a great stay & so close to downtown newport, but far enough away to be out of the busy area. beach is also down the block. lisel’s guidebook also had great recommendations. note - second beach is for non-residents which we didn’t realize as we went to third beach first.
