Monthly Rentals in Maida Vale

Location: Magnificent! Lovely Little Venice area that is around the corner from Formosa St. (restaurants/cafe, wine place, mini grocery store, pedi/mani place, and more). Within minutes (by foot) from a tube station. Also, I walked daily to Regents Park / Primrose Hill. Hyde Park is fairly close too. Hosts: Outrageously responsive and so pleasant. Thanks! Flat: - Design folks will love this flat. The style is so aesthetically pleasing (check out the ceiling in the bedroom) and the attention to detail is absolutely superb. - Colour palate is calming (perfect after a day trekking around). - Use of high-end items combined with less expensive (but pleasing) pieces is so well done. - Highly efficient use of space makes the flat feel so well thought out and larger. - The only thing I would change (if I owned the place) is the bathtub. While classically charming, I think it is too big for the bathroom. Everything else is top notch. Looking forward to my return!

Marcus and Inga’s Castellain Rd apartment has now strangely enough become one of my favourite things in London itself. The flat is exquisitely and thoughtfully designed, you essentially have access to any and everything you’d imagine you may need at home, the furniture is beyond, and the flat gets such gorgeous natural sunlight throughout the day. Plus it’s 5-6 minutes to Paddington Station and 12-13 at most to St Pancras. I’ve never had a more stress free experience with getting into town from Heathrow or leaving out of St Pancras ever before. Cannot recommend their beautiful place enough.

The flat is absolutely beautiful, clean, and well-located. We had a wonderful stay and would love to return in the future. Thank you Kurran for being a fantastic host!

Host was very responsive and accommodating. Location is fantastic, with shops, cafes and pubs close by. Flat was as advertised, clean and very quiet. It was perfect for a short stay. The bathtub/shower is a no-go for a person with mobility issues, due to a high step-over. If that’s not an issue for you, this flat is highly recommended.
