Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Mahmutlar

Ich war im November im Haus. Ein wunderschönes Haus und schöne Ferienanlage. Erste Woche war noch im Hotel gegenüber laute Musik zu hören in der 2. Woche war es geschlossen. Das Haus hat keine Heizung, kann dann in den Abendstunden etwas frisch werden bei +12 Grad nur. Wenn die Sonne geschienen hat gab es auch warmes Wasser, da eine Solaranlage auf dem Dach ist. Leider waren die Fenster nicht so dicht um den Lärm von der D400 Schnellstraße abzuschotten. Man hatte halt immer etwas Verkehrslärm. Überall sind Rollläden vorhanden und die Küche war richtig super. Zum kochen war alles da, Kühlschrank, Gasherd, Spühlmaschine, Wasserkocher und vieles mehr. Kann das Haus weiter empfehlen.

Levent is the main reason this review gets a 5/5. His hospitality is the best thing. He is always available and easygoing . He even went as far as fetching us from different locations around Alanya on some days when we were stranded. He even dropped us off at the airport in Antalya on the last day. He exchanged our washing machine within minutes when it stopped working. He is generally a very professional, respectful and kind person. It’s a nice little one bedroom apartment with a balcony. It’s on the 4th floor but the lift is always working. You have full access to a gas stove, fridge and washing machine. No basic supplies are provided. The main issue was the shower being lukewarm to cold in seconds which was quite unpleasant as it was winter, Levent couldn’t solve this . Apartment is cold as there is no underfloor heating but a noisy A/C. Sheets were cleaned but the mattress protector is covered in hair. The WiFi would disappear sporadically and this is not ideal for online work

Kendi evimde gibi hissettim. Çok rahat bir evdi. Mutfak araç gereçleri hepsi vardı yemek yaptık. İhtiyaç olan her şey düşünülmüştü evde vardı. Mobilyaların rahatlığı,evin ferahlığı kompleksin donanımlı olması Sabahları kuş sesiyle uyandığımız sessiz huzurlu ağaçlara bakan ,doğanın içinde bir ev .Ruhi bey çok ilgili alakalı iyi bir ev sahibi olduğu için kendisine teşekkür ederim bize önerileriyle gezilecek yerlerde de çok yarımcı oldu. Tekrar gelmeyi şimdiden düşünmeye başladık.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, exactly as described. The location was perfect, and we felt right at home. The host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

Das beste am Haus war der beheizte Pool und die vier Schlafzimmer, jedes anders gestaltet, separat und mit eigenem Bad. Wir waren mit 6 Wissenschaftlerinnen aus verschiedenen Ländern dort, und haben dort Arbeitssitzungen gehabt und uns zwischendurch erholt…ein toll Ort für solche Gruppen

Evin konumu çok iyi hemen karşısı süpermarket ve eczane. Ev fotoğraflardakinden farksız. güzel kullanışlı havuzu harika. sadece havuzun yüksekliğinden ötürü yüzme bilmeyenler için sıkıntı olabilir. sanırım yüksekliği 180cm civarı. evde kullanılabilecek her eşya düşünülmüş. plajda şezlong olayı yok. biraz ilerideki otellerden kiralanabiliyor. ev sahibi çok ilgili ve çok kibardı. Tek sıkıntımız üst katlardaki duşlara su çok az çıkıyordu. ip gibi akıyordu. Biz iki aile çok mutlu ayrıldık.çok teşekkür ederiz.

It was an amazing experience! The villa hosted by Seda was one of the best stays on Airbnb. The villa has a stunning view, is very clean, and offers great comfort. Both the interior and exterior are thoughtfully designed. With its beachfront location, pool, and sauna, it's the perfect vacation spot. Seda’s hospitality is outstanding. She helped us with everything and made us feel at home. The check-in process was smooth and enjoyable. Seda is one of the best hosts on Airb To było niesamowite doświadczenie! This was our first time in Alanya and I cannot think of a place I’d rather stay with my family! I think this house is a big reason why we fell in love with Alanya. The views are as magnificent as you see on the photos, the location is perfect, as for the house itself – the pictures don’t do it any justice. The place is truly historic but fully renovated and very comfortable. We were five, and it was perfect for any need: family breakfasts at the balcony, movie nights, stay-ins and making dinner. It’s spacious, clean, and just gorgeous. It was a joy to wake up there every morning, the balcony side faces east, so the entire place would be bathing in sunlight. Everything we needed was within walking distance: restaurants, shopping, beaches. Many thanks to Sinan for being our host. He greeted us, showed us around the house and left us to enjoy our vacation while remaining responsive to our immediate questions. We will definitely come back to Alanya and will be happy to stay here again!

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben, schön geräumig und die Umgebung sehr ruhig. Die Gastgeber sind sehr bemüht und immer gut erreichbar gewesen. Besonders hat uns gefallen, dass wir vor Check-in Uhrzeit die Villa betreten dürfen. Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt und das alles so kurzfristig geklappt hat
