Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Mahmutlar

The view of the house where 3 families stayed was very nice. The layout of the house was very handy. Only some parts of the house need minor maintenance. We had a nice vacation.

My stay was great. The house met all the expectations in the listing. Especially the sea view was very nice. The house was spotless, spacious and quite comfortable. The location is very central, close to grocery stores and public transportation. The host was also very kind and helpful; the check-in and check-out process was very easy. I would definitely like to stay again.

I felt like I was home. It was a very comfortable house. There were all kitchen utensils, and we cooked. Everything needed was considered, it was in the house. The comfort of the furniture, the spaciousness of the house, the fact that the complex is equipped, a house in nature overlooking the quiet peaceful trees where we wake up with the sound of birds in the morning. I would like to thank him for being a very interested and good host. He was also very helpful in places to visit with his suggestions. We're already thinking about coming back.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, exactly as described. The location was perfect, and we felt right at home. The host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Lovely stay in a very beautiful location with lots of wildlife and nature for the children to explore. All the staff and residents were very friendly and accommodating. The villa was exactly as described and Burcu was very responsive with any messages during the stay. Only downside was it was difficult to get taxis from the site. The security were very helpful and gave us lifts when needed, Not a complaint but just so people are aware. Many thanks for letting us stay in your lovely home

It was an amazing experience! The villa hosted by Seda was one of the best stays on Airbnb. The villa has a stunning view, is very clean, and offers great comfort. Both the interior and exterior are thoughtfully designed. With its beachfront location, pool, and sauna, it's the perfect vacation spot. Seda's hospitality is outstanding. She helped us with everything and made us feel at home. The check-in process was smooth and enjoyable. Seda is one of the best hosts on Airb It was an amazing experience! We stayed at Meltem’s place for 10 days with many of our family members. It has three full bedrooms and a spacious living and dinning area with a private pool outside. It was more spacious than how it looks on the photos. The surrounding of the house is quiet and felt safe. The host was responsive and the communication was effective. The place runs more like a vacation house rental and not like a typical Airbnb in the U.S. in that we had to buy most of the consumables and supplies by ourselves. That was fine by us as we had a car and went to a grocery store quite often anyways (MMM Migros in Side/Manavgat on D400 is very good). Someone commented on the internet, but the speed was ok, during the day it was 16 down/4 up mbps, it does get slower in the evening. Overall, it’s a great place to stay! We enjoyed the area in addition to Antalya and Alanya, all easily drivable from the place. Highly recommend!

This was our first time in Alanya and I cannot think of a place I’d rather stay with my family! I think this house is a big reason why we fell in love with Alanya. The views are as magnificent as you see on the photos, the location is perfect, as for the house itself – the pictures don’t do it any justice. The place is truly historic but fully renovated and very comfortable. We were five, and it was perfect for any need: family breakfasts at the balcony, movie nights, stay-ins and making dinner. It’s spacious, clean, and just gorgeous. It was a joy to wake up there every morning, the balcony side faces east, so the entire place would be bathing in sunlight. Everything we needed was within walking distance: restaurants, shopping, beaches. Many thanks to Sinan for being our host. He greeted us, showed us around the house and left us to enjoy our vacation while remaining responsive to our immediate questions. We will definitely come back to Alanya and will be happy to stay here again!

Juliet's villa is in a great location and you had everything you need. The surroundings were very nice, clean and quiet. Julia is a super great host. She responded to questions immediately and truly very helpful. I can recommend the villa of Julia Herzens.
