The in 2019 builted 538 sq ft apartment is located on top of the garage of our architect's house in a quiet residential area 11 km away from Europapark. It has a separate entrance and consists of a spacious room with box-spring double bed (2m x 2m), sofa and dining area with unobstructed views of the nature (biotope). There is also a separate fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Wi-Fi and TV available. Furthermore, there is a separate parking space.

Located halfway between Strasbourg and Colmar (30 km), you will be 11 km from Europa-Park. Take the whole family with you to this cozy appartement with lots of space. Europapark and Rulantica are around the corner (5 km). Freiburg, Black Forest and Strasbourg provide even more variety. Relaxation, fun, entertainment and sightseeing are guaranteed! The apartment is only for rent to tourists (at least one of them shoul be an adult). Workers and business travelers would like to look for other accommodation. BBQ is not possible due to fire security!
