Booked this place based on the pictures and I was right. The place is amazing. If you are looking for a town villa close to the best town beach in Tunisia, this is the place to go. The duplex is very spacious, modern with an amazing terrace where you can enjoy the amazing turquoise waters of Mahdia beach. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which is just perfect when you come back from the beach and everyone needs a shower at the same time. It is also well equipped so you can cook and enjoy your meals on the outside terrace. Abdel, the host, is such a nice person: quick replies, was there on time for check in, gave some good tips about nearby beaches and the city and was generally nice to talk to. Would definitely go back and would recommend even for teleworking (home office).

Schöne Wohnung, die fußläufig zum Strand liegt. Der strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein Mietwagen ist für Einkäufe und Ausflüge sehr sinnvoll. Zoubier hat auf Nachrichten sehr schnell reagiert und hatte immer Lösungen für unsere kleinen Probleme.

Calme, tranquillité et apaisement face à la mer

À 50 mètres de la mer et offrant une vue directe sur la mer, ces deux appartements se situent à une dizaine de kilomètres de Mahdia et à 5 kilomètres de Rejiche. La plage se trouvant en face de la maison est familiale et loin de la concentration touristique. Les deux appartements sont neufs et viennent tout juste d’être livrés. Ils sont équipés de toutes les commodités nécessaires (climatisation,télévision, frigo ,machine à laver, cuisine équipée, literie neuve, terrasses avec vue sur mer...).

Wifi haut debit ,chaise longue ,lave-linge …

Neue Wohnung, hell und gut ausgestattet (TV, Klimaanlage, Sat-Antenne, IPTV Waschmaschine, Backofen, Herd, Geschirr, Bettwäsche, Kinderbett, Kosten lösen WIFI,...). Die Wohnung liegt 300 m vom Strand und 200 m vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Wir haben ein Wasserversorgungssystem installiert, so dass wenn der Stadt aufgrund der Dürre das Wasser für die komplette Stadt abdreht, bleibt die Wasserversorgung gewährleistet.

un appartement de très haut standing tout neuf sur la corniche de Mahdia très bien sécurisé et nouvellement meublé, luxueux, bien ensoleillé. Pied dans l'eau , Proche de toutes commodités dans une zone bien animée (restaurants et cafés) avec une vue panoramique : toutes les chambres ouvrent directement sur mer pour une bonne relaxation, une cuisine aménagée (four, micro onde réfrigérateur etc ...)

Immeuble L'espadon

Notre séjour c’est très bien passé, Mr Ahmed non présent mais joignable à heure tardive aussi, beau logement propre tout le nécessaire pour dormir est présent pensez aux serviette il n’y en a pas, cuisine fonctionnelle et très belle vue sur la plage par toute les fenêtres vraiment magnifique, la plage des locaux est très respectueuse et le soir balade sur la corniche il y a de tout café restaurant plat rapide glace… nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. Merci Mr Ahmed Amel et Rayan

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cet appartement, comme à chaque fois ! Ce n’était pas notre première visite, et encore une fois, tout était parfait. L’appartement est toujours aussi propre, bien équipé et idéalement situé. On se sent comme chez nous dès qu’on y entre. L’hôte est très réactif et attentionné, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement et nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Bella casetta di due piani con terrazza in cima. Si trova in un quartiere tranquillo, da cui è facile raggiungere a piedi la città vecchia di Madhia. Con Ibrahim la comunicazione è stata ottima e la sua famiglia ci ha accolto calorosamente. Lo consigliamo!

Notre séjours dans le logement de Olfa nous a beaucoup plu. J'ai particulièrement apprécié l'hospitalité de son mari qui fût exceptionnelle. Grand sourire, gentil, agréable et touche d'attention qui m'a énormément touché. La maison est propre et confortable et cerise sur le gâteau, une splendide et grande terrasse fleurie aux merveilleuses senteurs de Jasmin. Merci encore pour votre chaleureux accueil 🥰.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Unterkunft genau wie beschrieben. Alles war zu Fuß gut erreichbar und es waren nur 2 Minuten zum Strand. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!
